President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, outlining the country's priorities for the near future and beyond, as well as cooperation on international stages.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

We have good news today — we are bringing home Ukrainians from Russian captivity. Today, 101 people returned.

Most of them are Mariupol defenders, soldiers and sergeants. Navy, border guards, National Guard, infantry, territorial defense. One civilian — the first deputy mayor of Enerhodar.

I am happy for each of more than a hundred Ukrainian families who are welcoming their sons, brothers, husbands back home. I thank our coordination headquarters and all our team. Budanov, Yermak, Ussov, Maliuk, Klimenko, Lubinec. And everyone else who is helping.

I chaired another meeting of the General Staff today, and all operational command officers participated. We thoroughly discussed the situation in each direction and prospects — also for each operational direction.

Weapon supply, ammunition supply, preparation of our troops. Plans and capabilities of the enemy. Potential of Ukrainian response.

Maintaining the situation on the front line and preparing for any escalation steps by the enemy — this is a priority for the near future. Advancing further in liberating our land — this is a priority that we are carefully preparing.

I held several important international meetings today, which strengthen us.

Of what can be publicly discussed, I will mention the following. In the morning, I participated in the session of the Norwegian Storting — parliament. Where we thoroughly reviewed a historic support package for our country — for five years. Over 7 billion dollars.

Norway is one of our most consistent and energetic partners. This applies to weapons, including strong NASAMS air defense systems. And many other aspects of support.

But especially important: this package of long-term, five-year support — it's an example, a benchmark. It's the level that other partners see.

I once again thank all Norwegians for the aid packages already provided to our country and today's decision. This is what really strengthens us.

Today I met with Israel's Minister of Foreign Affairs, who arrived on a visit to Ukraine. We had detailed talks.

I informed him about the situation at the front line and our efforts on international stages. In particular, I presented our peace formula and invited Israel to join its implementation.

I met with the leader of the UK Labour Party and official opposition. The British are sincere and strong allies of ours; they are among the strongest defenders of global freedom.

It is important that representatives from all political spectrums in the United Kingdom see firsthand what the Russian war has brought, and how Ukrainians are determined to win and rebuild their country. This was a substantive meeting today, very useful.

I once again thank Britain for all support given to our people, for all defensive power we have received with British help.

I spoke with the President of Kazakhstan. Mainly about cooperation on international stages — there is something we can do together in the interest of our common interests and protection of international law. I thanked him for humanitarian support for Ukraine.

And a few more very important things.

Today, our Lithuanian brothers celebrate 105 years since the restoration of Lithuania's statehood.

This holiday is especially felt now when we are together with Lithuania defending our freedom and right to Europe.

I want to emphasize again now: Lithuania started helping us even before Russia launched a full-scale invasion. And I constantly feel this support — from President Gitanas Nausėda, and from the Lithuanian state as a whole.

Absolutely confident that we will celebrate days of our statehood many more times — always in our free countries.

I just participated in the opening of the 73rd Berlin Film Festival. As usual, principled. As usual, relevant. And this year — maximally solidarity with Ukraine and our struggle for freedom.

The blue-and-yellow colors of the symbol "Berlinale," the famous bear, this year — it's truly moving. And powerful. We prove together that even a bear can be right sometimes.

I thank all film makers who did not remain indifferent and support us with the power of their work and influence. I thank all festival organizers and participants. Of course — Sean Penn, who was in Ukraine on the first day of full-scale invasion and has since become even more resolute in supporting Ukrainians.

And honoring our defenders and defenderesses, paying tribute to our heroes.

Paratroopers of the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade and artillerymen of the 55th Separate Artillery Brigade — thank you, boys, for your bravery and accuracy. Thank you for your skillful and steadfast defense of Donetsk.

Zaporizhzhia direction — thank you to all fighters of the 129th Separate Krivoy Rog Territorial Defense Brigade. They are holding the line firmly.

And, of course, I thank our air forces, all anti-aircraft and pilots who today ensured a result in shooting down Russian missiles.

36 rockets and drones during today's attack. Half were shot down.

We are doing everything to give our soldiers the opportunity to shoot down all of the enemy's arsenal in our skies.

I thank everyone who is helping! Glory to each and every one who is fighting now!

Glory to Ukraine!"
