Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 09.02.2023 regarding the Russian invasion into our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and fifty-first day of the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

The enemy, attempting to fully control Donetsk and Luhansk regions, continues to concentrate its main efforts on conducting offensive operations along the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Novopavlovsk axes in the areas of the populated places of Kreminna, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Opytnoye, Mariinka, and Volodar. Actively uses operational-tactical and army aviation for the task of striking our troops' positions.

Over the past day, subdivisions of the Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of Stepanivka, Bilohorivka of Luhansk region; Viyimka, Fedorivka, Bakhmut, Krasna Gora, Paraskevivka, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Novokalynove, Vodyane, Perevalskoye, Vesela, Krasnogorivka, Avdiivka, Mariinka, Bohodukhivka and Prichystyve of Donetsk region as well as Novoannivka in Zaporizhzhia.

During the day Russian occupiers inflicted three missile strikes and 45 air attacks, resulting in the deaths of three civilians and another three are in critical condition. In addition, the enemy carried out 67 shelling with multiple rocket launchers, including civilian infrastructure on the Kherson region.

The threat of further Russian air and missile strikes remains high across all territory of Ukraine.

On Volynsky, Polesky, Severny, and Slobozhansky axes signs of forming offensive groupings have not been detected. Areas around more than 40 populated places were shelled, including Haidy Chernihiv region; Zarutche, Vovkivka, Atinskye, Stukalivka, Sokhany, Pavlivka, Yunakiivka, Sadky and Mirovillya in Sumy region as well as Udi, Chervona Zorya, Krasne, Lipci, Staritsya, Vovchanske, Varvarivka, Verkhnya Pysaryvka, Ambarne, Figolivka, Krasne Pereche, Novomlynivsk, Dvorichna and Zapadne in Kharkiv region. There are casualties among the civilian population as well as significant damage to civilian residential buildings.

On Kupyansk and Lyman axes areas around more than 25 populated places were affected by fire. Among them — Kupyansk, Synykhivka, Kucherivka, Pishane, Kurilivka, Kislivka, Tabayivka and Berestove Kharkiv region as well as Novoselyvskoye, Stepanivka, Chervonopopivka, Kreminna, Kuzymne, Dibrova and Bilohorivka of Luhansk region. The enemy inflicted air strikes near Kotlyaryvka and Tabayivka Kharkiv region as well as Serbryansky forest district — Luhansk.

On Bakhmut axis shelling affected, among others, Spirene, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Rozdolyvka, Vasyukivka, Krasna Gora, Bakhmut, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Mykolayivka, Klyshchyivka, Ozyaryanivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne and Vesela of Donetsk region. In total — around 30 populated places. Also occupiers inflicted air strikes near Spirene.

On Avdiivka and Novopavlovsk axes areas around more than 20 populated places were hit by enemy shelling, including Petrovka, Kamianka, Avdiivka, Severne, Tonienkoye, Vodyane, Krasnogorivka, Bohodukhivka, Prichystyve and Volodar of Donetsk region. Air strikes were inflicted near Avdiivka, Vesela, Krasnogorivka and Volodar.

On Zaporizhzhia axis fire affected Vremivka and Novopil of Donetsk region as well as Olhyvskoye, Malynivka, Chervone, Hulyaypole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Novoannivka, Shcherbaki, Stepevo and Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia.

On Kherson axis areas around populated places of Novooleskyvka, Havyrivka, Chervoniy Mayak, Zmiyivka, Shlyahove, Berislav, Otradokamianka, Lvov, Tyagynka, Poniativka, Antonivka, Komishany, Yantarnoye, Berehovo, Velyteniv and Kherson were hit by enemy fire.

In the populated place of Khoiane in Vasylivsky district of Zaporizhzhia region Russian occupation forces are massively engaging in looting.

The aviation of the Defense Forces inflicted 21 strikes during the past day on areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of occupiers and three strikes on positions of anti-aircraft missile complexes. And our artillery and rocket troops hit two enemy command points, three areas of concentration of manpower, three positions of anti-aircraft missile complexes, two ammunition depots and a depot of propellant materials.
