President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation and our partners, speaking about the necessity of supplying long-range missiles to stop Russian terror and continuing our marathon of honesty.

"Ukrainians! Ukrainian women! And all our partners!

At 9:15 AM today, the Russian army carried out a missile attack on our city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk. The enemy used S-300 missiles. On residential areas. As of now - 17 last names in the list of casualties. Fourteen injured. Three people killed. My condolences to relatives and loved ones…

These Russian missiles hit Kostiantynivka, including four residential buildings. And such strikes are unfortunately a daily occurrence on our territories that the Russian army reaches with these very missiles. Donbas, Kharkiv region, southern part of the country…

To stop this Russian terror would be possible if we could provide appropriate missile forces for our military. So that terrorists do not feel impunity.

Ukraine needs long-range missiles, especially to eliminate the occupier's ability to place their rocket systems far from the front line and destroy Ukrainian cities with them.

Thank you to everyone in the world - politicians, civic activists, journalists, and ordinary people who insist together with us that there should be no taboos on supplying weapons for protection against Russian terror.

We will do everything to convince our partners to open this life-saving supply - especially ATACMS and similar weaponry.

Because this is necessary for the protection of life. Protection of such cities as Kostiantynivka or, for example, Kharkiv.

Today I continued our marathon of honesty aimed at bringing international sports structures back to true Olympic principles.

I wrote a letter to the presidents of leading international sports federations. The appeal is simple and just: decide on the International Olympic Committee's decision, which unfortunately wants to open sport for propaganda influence by a state terrorist.

If Russian athletes appear at international competitions, it will only be a matter of time before they start defending Russia's aggression and using terror symbolism. And this is also just a matter of time until the Kremlin starts using the IOC's so-called flexibility to claim that the world agrees to appease an aggressor.

One cannot ignore what happens every day - Russia continues its terror.

Today I signed a decree implementing decisions of the Anti-Terrorist Center regarding sanctions against legal and natural persons used by the state-aggressor to transport railway military equipment and soldiers. It concerns 185 companies and individuals. Their assets in Ukraine will be blocked, existing property will be used for our defense. And we will work on similar blocking being applied by other countries.

I thank everyone who helps us strengthen sanctions against Russia! By the way, I also thank all investigators who uncover paths used by a state-terrorist to circumvent sanctions!

Thank you each and every one of those who are dealing with the consequences of Russian shelling and saving the wounded! And, of course, I thank each of our soldiers on the front lines defending our positions and destroying occupiers!

I especially want to highlight today the units that most effectively defend Donetsk.

This is the 21st separate battalion of the 56th separate mechanized brigade - thank you for your steadfastness and repelling Russian assaults!

Soldiers of the 26th and 55th separate artillery brigades - thank you for hitting targets accurately!

92nd separate mechanized brigade - thank you, boys!

Thank you to everyone who every day and night gives Ukraine the necessary results! And we will respond to every Russian shelling. Definitely.

Glory to Ukraine!"
