Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on January 20, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred thirty-first day of the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

The enemy carried out nine rocket and twenty-three air strikes over the past day, conducted more than eighty artillery attacks with multiple launch rocket systems. There is an increased threat of aerial and missile strikes on civilian objects throughout Ukraine.

The enemy concentrates its efforts mainly on conducting offensive operations on the Bakhmutskyi and Avdiivskyi axes. On the Kupyansk, Lyman, Novopavlovsk, and Kherson axes — it is defending.

Subdivisions of the Armed Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of the populated places of Novoselivske and Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast; Verkhnyokamyanske, Krasnopolevka, Siverskyi Donets, Krassna Gora, Paraskeviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Dilievka, Vodyane, Mariinka, Pobedya, Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast and Mala Tokmachka and Stebneve in Zaporizhzhia.

On the Volynskyi, Polisskyi, Severnyi, and Slobozhanskyi axes no offensive groupings of the enemy were detected. However, under the guise of joint exercises with Belarus, Russia is building up its air force. The enemy shelled artillery areas of Timofiyivka in Sumy Oblast and Veterinarnoye, Strelchoye, Zelenoje, Staritsa, Vovchanska, Vilchi, Budarok, Krasnyi Pervyy, Dvorychnaya, and Kupiansk on the Kharkivshchina.

On the Kupyansk axis areas of populated places Tavilzhanka, Vilschan, Orlyanske, Kupyansk, Krokhmalne, Pishchane, Berestove, Stelmakhivka and Vishnevye in Kharkiv Oblast as well as Novoselivske on the Luhanskshchina were shelled.

On the Lyman axis the enemy shelled with all available means areas of Novyegorivka, Makieivka, Ploschanki, Chervonopopolivka, Kremennoye, Dibrova and Serbryansky forest in Luhansk Oblast.

On the Bakhmutskyi axis areas of Verkhnyokamyanske, Viymaka, Bihorivka, Siverskyi Donets, Krassna Gora, Bakhmut, Klyschyivka, Bila Hora, Kurdyumivka and Mayorshche in Donetsk Oblast were affected by fire.

On the Avdiivskyi axis Kamyanka, Avdiivka, Veseloye, Vodyane, Krassnogorivka, Georgiyivka, Mariinka and Novomikhailovka in Donetsk Oblast came under enemy fire.

On the Novopavlovskyi axis the enemy shelled Vuhledar, Bogoyavlennaya, Zolota Niva, Velika Novosilka and Neskuchne in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Zaporizhzhia axis over twenty populated places were affected by tank, mortar, and artillery fire, including Vremivka and Novopil in Donetsk Oblast and Olhyvskoye, Malynivka, Hulyaypole, Charivne, Bihorja, Orikhiv, Mali Shcherbakyi and Kamyanske in Zaporizhzhia.

On the Kherson axis occupiers shelled, among others, Kachkarivka, Respublyanets, Tyagynka, Ivanivka, Novotyagynka, Tokaryvka, Ingulets, Kherson, Blagoveshchenskoye and Rozliv.

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Russia is preparing for covert mobilization. For example, in Sevastopol city calls to military commissariats began arriving for IT specialists, financial workers, and other professionals who had a deferment from mobilization.

The enemy continues to use the network of civilian health care facilities on temporarily occupied territory for treating its wounded soldiers. Thus, in Novopskov of Starobilsk Raion in Luhansk Oblast, in premises of the local maternity hospital, occupiers set up a "field hospital" where they are treating over 300 servicemen and mercenaries from private military company "Wagner."

The Air Force of the Armed Forces carried out twenty-one strikes on areas of enemy concentration and seven — on positions of its air defense missile systems during the past day. Our soldiers also destroyed three UAVs of type "Lancet-3."

Subdivisions of rocket forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit six command points, eight areas of enemy concentration and an ammunition depot of occupiers.
