Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on January 10, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and twenty-first day of the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

Russian aggressors continue to conduct a full-scale military aggression against our state. They do not cease to deliver strikes, carry out artillery shelling on critical infrastructure and civilian housing in Ukraine's territory, thereby violating international humanitarian law, laws, and customs of war.

During the past day, the enemy delivered eight missile and 31 air strikes. Conducted 63 bombardments with multiple rocket launchers, including on civil infrastructure in the cities of Kharkiv, Kherson, Kramatorsk in Donetsk region, and Ochakiv in Mykolaiv region. There are casualties among civilians.

The threat of enemy air and missile strikes against critical infrastructure remains across all of Ukraine's territory.

The enemy is conducting offensive actions on the Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Lyman axes, attempting to improve its tactical position on the Kupyansk axis. Concentrates efforts on capturing Donetsk region within administrative borders but has not succeeded.

During the past day, subunits of the Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of the populated places of Bilohorivka, Chervonopopivka, Kuzmine in Luhansk region and Siversk, Bakhmut, Klishchevka, Vodyane, Kurdyumivka, Mayorshchyna, Mariinka, and Pobedy in Donetsk region.

On the Severnyi and Slobozhanskyi axes, the enemy carried out shelling of our troops' positions and civilian objects in the areas of populated places of Buchki in Chernihiv region; Starikove, Shaligine, Volfine, Popivka, Basivka, and Petrushivka in Sumy region as well as Strilecha, Zeleno, Ambarno, and Hatiche in Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk and Lyman axes, the enemy carried out shelling with tanks, mortars, artillery, and multiple rocket launchers on areas of 22 populated places. Among them are Dvoriche, Kupyansk, Kislivka, Kotlyarivka, and Krokhmalne in Kharkiv region as well as Stelmakhivka, Makiyivka, Ploschanka, and Dybrova in Luhansk region.

On the Bakhmut axis, the enemy shelled areas of more than 25 populated places. Among them are Spirene, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Siversk, and Bakhmut in Donetsk region.

On the Avdiivka axis, artillery fire affected Avdiivka, Veseloye, Nevelsko, Krasnogorivka, Georgiyivka, Mariinka, and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region.

On the Novopavlivskyi axis, Vremyvka, Velika Nova Sylka, and Vuhledar in Donets'k were shelled.

On the Zaporizhzhia axis, areas of 21 populated places came under enemy artillery fire. Among them are Zeleno Pole and Novopil in Donetsk region as well as Hulyaypole, Hulyaypoliske, Charyvne, Shcherbaki, and Stepevo in Zaporizhzhia.

On the Kherson axis, civilian infrastructure in Chernobaivka, Antonivka, Zolotoy Balka, and Kherson suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

Occupants continue to conduct mobilization of local population on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Thus, on January 6th this year during a raid in Gorlivka in Donetsk region, up to 30 people were mobilized, four of them — with disabilities. After two days of so-called preparation at the "Vostochny" range, they were sent to one of the Russian occupation forces' military units.

The enemy continues to suffer losses. Thus, during the first week of 2023, nearly 120 occupiers were brought to a hospital in Novotroitskoye, Kherson region.

Air force of the Defense Forces carried out 18 strikes against areas with enemy personnel and equipment concentrations as well as three strikes on positions of their air defense missile systems during the current day.

Our soldiers also shot down two enemy reconnaissance drones of the "Orlan" type.

Subunits of rocket forces and artillery of the Defense Forces Ukraine hit a command post, five areas with enemy personnel and equipment concentrations as well as two positions of air defense missile systems of occupiers.
