President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about additional support packages provided to our country by European countries and about the liquidation of the Kyiv Okruh Administrative Court.
"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!
Today was a very fruitful day for Ukraine. In various aspects.
We have excellent news from France — today there were two conferences in support of Ukraine. The first result is one billion euros of help to our stability, primarily energy.
Every day we gain new strength for Ukraine to get through this winter, and I thank everyone who works towards this and helps our country.
We also have decisions from other countries besides France — the Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland — regarding additional support packages. The Italian Senate passed a resolution on military aid. Norway is preparing a new program to support our state and people...
Today I participated in both conferences in Paris. The first one mostly concerned our international relations. The second forum was oriented towards French business.
Ukrainian officials presented French entrepreneurs with investment opportunities in Ukraine already now, while the war is still ongoing, and after our victory. We also discussed what we can do additionally to strengthen our country at the European level.
The First Lady of Ukraine today in France presents humanitarian projects to our partners. What can be done as quickly as possible to support in medicine, education, and humanitarian aid for our people, especially through Olena's foundation. And I am grateful to all French people for supporting Ukraine — not just politically, not just militarily and sanctions that are crucially important. But also because we equally recognize the need to protect human life, human dignity, and those humanitarian opportunities that every person is given in today’s world.
I spoke with President of the European Council Charles Michel. Thanked him for the decision regarding 18 billion euros for Ukraine next year and for increasing the European Peace Fund by two billion euros. These funds can significantly help us maintain social stability. I am also preparing to participate in the European Council meeting on December 15.
I just addressed the parliament and people of New Zealand — a country that has supported us from the first weeks of full-scale Russian aggression. Spoke about our peace formula, about the special summit we are convening to implement our formula. And called on New Zealand to take the lead in supporting at the international level one of the points of the peace formula — the one concerning ecological security and disarmament.
New Zealand is one of those countries that understands that destroying the environment equals destroying life, and can help diplomatically mobilize its region to implement Ukraine's peace formula.
And one more thing.
Today I signed into law a resolution by the Verkhovna Rada to liquidate the Kyiv Okruh Administrative Court. This history is over. And the history of reforms continues — even during such a war.
I thank everyone who works for Ukraine!
I thank everyone who fights for our independence! Those who are now on the front lines, those who find it hard. We support you. We believe in you very strongly.
Glory to all our warriors!
Glory to our unbreakable people!
Glory to Ukraine!»
