Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on November 11, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion into our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred sixty-first day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

Forces of Defense continue to liberate Ukrainian territories. During successful offensive operations of our troops on the Kherson direction, 12 populated areas were liberated on November 9 this year: Dudchany, Pyatykhatsky, Borozhenske, Sadok, Bezvodne, Yshchenka, Kostromka, Krasylobetsky, Kalynivske, Bobrovyy Kut, Bezymennoe and Blagodatne. Offensive operations on the specified direction continue. Therefore, for security reasons, official publication of results will be later.

Over the past day, subunits of the Forces of Defense repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of populated places Novoselyvskyy, Myasozharka, Makarivka and Bihorivka Luhansk region as well as Veseloye, Sverdlovsk, Bakhmut, Andriyivka, Krasnogorivka, Opitne, Pereymayanske, Nevelskyy, Mariinka and Pavlivka Donetsk region.

The enemy does not cease shelling subunits of the Forces of Defense along the entire line of confrontation, conducts aerial reconnaissance. Continues to inflict blows on critical infrastructure and civilian housing, violating international humanitarian law, laws and customs of war.

Over the past day Russian occupiers inflicted one missile and 17 air strikes, carried out almost 100 shelling with multiple rocket launchers. As a result of these criminal acts, areas near about 20 populated places in Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv regions were affected.

On the Volynian and Polesian directions, there are no significant changes. The formation of a Russian-Belarusian military grouping on the territory of the Republic of Belarus continues. There is a threat of enemy strikes with missiles and air strikes, including using attack drones from the territory and airspace of the Republic of Belarus.

On other directions, the enemy carried out shelling:

on the Northern direction— with mortars in the areas of populated places Hreminychi Chernihiv region and Kynratiwka Sumy region;

on the Slobozhansky direction— with mortars, rocket and field artillery in the areas of populated places Strilechya, Staritsa, Ohirceve, Aniskyne, Vilkhuvatka;

on the Kupyansk and Lyman directions— with tanks and various caliber artillery in the areas of populated places Ivanivka, Kislivka, Tabayivka, Berezhov, Stelemykhivka, Myasozharka, Novoselyvskyy, Makarivka and Nevyske;

on the Bakhmut direction— with tanks and all types of artillery in the areas of populated places Bihorivka, Rozdolyvka, Yakovlivka, Sverdlovsk, Bakhmut, Bakhmutke, Opitne, Andriyivka, Kurdyumivka, Toretsk, New York and Mayoriv;

on the Avdiivsky direction— with tanks and various types of artillery in the areas of populated places Veseloye, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pereymayanske, Nevelskyy, Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Paraskoviyivka and Novomykhailivka;

on the Novoazovsk and Zaporizhzhia directions— with tanks, mortars, field and rocket artillery in the areas of populated places Vuhledar, Bogoyavlenskyy, Pavlivka, Prechystivka, Bila Nova Sylva, Nesukhyne, Bilohirya, Stepevo and Shevchenko.

On the South Bug direction, artillery shelling was suffered by Novokiyevka, Dobraya Nadia, Illinka, Mariupol, Nikopol and Musiyivka Dnipropetrovsk region.

Russian invaders continue to loot populated areas from which they are retreating. The enemy also tries to damage power transmission lines and other elements of transport and critical infrastructure in the Kherson region as much as possible.

Forced resettlement of local residents from certain populated places on temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region continues. In Zelenivka, the enemy prohibits residents from any movement within the settlement and is reinforcing defensive positions. In Tyagynets and Kozatske occupiers are replacing roads and infrastructure elements; there are facts of civilian casualties.

The aviation of the Forces of Defense inflicted 10 strikes on the enemy over the past day. Seven areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment as well as three positions of air defense missile systems were hit.

Over the past day, the Forces of Defense shot down a Russian helicopter Ka-52. Rocket troops and artillery damaged two command points, 10 areas of concentration of live forces, weapons and military equipment, three ammunition depots, five air defense systems and two other important enemy military objects.
