Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on October 11, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and thirtieth day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

Failing to achieve success, the enemy is delivering missile strikes and actively using attack drones to target critical infrastructure and densely populated cities in our country. Unable to halt the successful counteroffensive of the Defense Forces on the Kharkiv and Kherson fronts, the adversary is attempting to intimidate and sow panic among the population of Ukraine.

The mobilization and redeployment of enemy reserves also do not allow them to overcome the resistance of our defenders and defenderesses.

Over the previous day, occupiers delivered more than 61 missile strikes and 32 air raids, carried out nearly 92 shelling operations with multiple rocket launchers.

73 aerial targets were destroyed by anti-aircraft units on various fronts, including 46 — cruise missiles and 27 — unmanned aerial vehicles.

As a result of massive missile strikes over the past day, infrastructure in more than 30 populated areas was damaged. This includes Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Pylky, Novhorod-Siverskyi, Konotop, Kharkiv, Kremenchuk, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Odesa. Civilians of Ukraine were killed and injured.

The threat of enemy missile strikes on critical infrastructure and civilian areas remains.

Occupants also do not abandon attempts to hold temporarily occupied territories, shell positions of our troops, concentrate efforts on disrupting counteroffensive operations of Defense Forces units, attempt to conduct offensive actions on certain fronts.

On the Volyn and Polesie fronts, there are no significant changes in the situation. According to available information, the leadership of the Republic of Belarus continues to provide support to the Russian Federation in its war against Ukraine by allowing Russia to use airspace and airfield networks for aerial strikes on Ukrainian territory. On these fronts, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine control the situation; signs of forming offensive groupings on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and troop movements as of 06:00 on October 11 this year are not observed.

On other fronts, the enemy carried out shelling:

on the Northern front — with mortars, artillery and multiple rocket launchers in the areas of populated places Yanzhulivka, Timonovychi, Mykhailchyna Sloboda Chernihiv Oblast and Bilepyllya and Mirovyllya Sumy Oblast;

on the Slobozhansky front — with artillery and tanks in the areas of populated places Ivashki, Strylechya, Huriivka, Kamianka, Dvorichna, Stelemahyvka, Borchova, Sotnytskyy Kozats'ok, Huryyiv Kozats'ok, Kozacha Lopan', Vilkhuvatka and Chugunyvka;

on the Kramatorsky front — with tanks, mortars, artillery along the entire line of confrontation, including in the areas of populated places Bihorivka, Hrekyvka, Noviyegorivka, Rayhorodok, Pershotravneve, Novolubivka, Makieyivka, Novo, Zarichne, Terny, Serednyanka and Hryhoriivka.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy delivered fire strikes on areas of populated places Seversk, Solydar, Bakhmut, Bakhmutse, Mayorisk, Kurdyumyvka, New York, Krasnaya Gora, Chasiv Yar, Yakovlivka, Zelenopillya and Otradivka.

On the Avdiyivsky, Novoazovskiy and Zaporizhzhya fronts, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions. Shelling from tanks, mortars, artillery was experienced by Avdiyivka, Perevalne, Vodyane, Krasnogorove, Mar'yinka, Novomykhaylivka, Vuhledar, Nevelske, Zaliznychne, Bihohirya, Verymivka, Zelenoye Pole, Novosylka, Shcherbaky, Novopil, Novomikhailivka, Hulyapylskoye, Dorozhnyanka, Temirovka and Chervone.

On the South Buzhsky front, the enemy intensified shelling with tanks and artillery of various types. Areas of populated places Vishchyatarsivka, Novokiyevka, Pravdine, Miren, Ternevyye Podi, Lubomyrivka, Shyroke, Kyselyvka, Chervona Dolyna, Blahodativka, Davydov Brid and Nova Kamianka were affected.

Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of populated places Bakhmut, Bakhmutse, Mayorisk, Solydar and Perevalne.

The enemy continues to suffer losses. Thus, on October 9 this year, near the populated place Bilozerska Kherson Oblast, our soldiers destroyed about 15 units of enemy military equipment. On October 10 in the area of Berislov village, an aircraft hangar with enemy military equipment was damaged; losses are being verified.

Teachers at educational institutions in Kherson who cooperate with the occupying authorities are advised to relocate to the territory of Crimea. It is also known that in case of "complications" on temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimean territory, the occupying authority has plans for evacuating families of representatives of law enforcement personnel serving in this area.

In the city of Starobilsk Luhansk Oblast, occupiers are conducting searches for Ukrainian patriots, detaining family members and friends of servicemen, as well as law enforcement officials.

Moreover, according to available information, in Luhansk Oblast, under the guise of searching for Ukrainian saboteurs, occupiers are looking for their own deserters.

The aviation of the Defense Forces carried out six strikes over the past day. Four sites of weapons and military equipment concentration were confirmed to be hit, as well as two air defense missile complexes of the enemy. In addition, anti-aircraft units destroyed an enemy aircraft Su-25.

Missile troops and artillery over the previous day struck a command post, four areas of manpower concentration, weapons and military equipment, one S-300 air defense missile complex of the enemy and one ammunition depot.
