Note for Attention — Operational Information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on September 21, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion into our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and tenth day of heroic resistance against the Russian military invasion has begun.

The enemy continues to concentrate efforts on attempts at full occupation of the Donetsk region, organizing defense and maintaining occupied territories, as well as halting active actions by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on certain fronts. It carries out redeployment measures for its troops, constantly conducts aerial reconnaissance, and bombards positions of our forces along the line of contact.

Over the past day, the enemy carried out eight missile strikes and 35 air attacks, conducted over 120 bombardments with multiple rocket launchers on objects within Ukraine's territory, violating international humanitarian law, laws, and customs of war.

As a result of shelling from Russian forces during the current day, infrastructure in more than 50 populated areas was affected. Among them are Oskil, Sloviansk, Severnyy, Oleksandrivka, Sverdlovsk, Bakhmut, Velyka Novosilka, Veremivka, Vuhledar, Stebneve, Zaporizhzhia, Nikopol and Pervomaisk. By striking the city of Mykolayivka, the enemy attempted to damage the Sloviansk TES.

There remains a threat of enemy air and missile strikes across all of Ukraine's territory.

On the Volynian and Polissian fronts, the situation has not changed.

At other fronts, the enemy continues shelling with tanks, mortars, and various types of artillery:

on the Northern front — in the areas of populated places Zaliznyy Most, Mikhailovka and Huta-Studenetska Chernihiv region as well as Sosnovka, Holishivske, Yunakiivka and Turia Sumy region;

on the Slobozhansky front — in the areas of populated places Veterinarnoe, Hoptivka, Glybokoye, Derhachi, Gryshivka, Kupyansk and Kamianka;

on the Kramatorsky front — Donetsk, Studenok, Yavorove, Tetyanivka, Bogorodichne, Pryshyb, Shchurove, Staryi Karavan, Raihorodok, Mykolayivka, Rozdolivka, Oleksandrivka and Hryhoriivka;

on the Bakhmutsky front — Severnyy, Verkhnyokamyanske, Viimaka, Vesele, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Sverdlovsk, Bakhmut, Otradne, Mykolayivka Druga, Zaitseve, Sucha Balka, Yuryivka and New York;

on the Avdiyivsky front — Berdyche, Avdiyivka, Vodiane, Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Paraskevivka, Novomykhailivka and Perevalne;

on the Zaporizhzhian front — Novopil, Veremivka, Velyka Novosilka, Novoukrayinka, Prechystivka, Vuhledar, Pavlivka, Volodymyrivka, Zaliznychnye, Hulyaipole and Chervone.

On the Southern Bug front, over 25 populated areas along the entire line of contact were shelled by the enemy. Among them are Vysokopillya, Mirolyubivka, Kar'yernoye, Novogrigoriyevka, Bilyhorodka, Blagodatovka, Andriyivka, Zorya, Shevchenkove, Ternevy Podi, Pravdine and Miren.

Thanks to the successful actions of the Defense Forces, the enemy continues to suffer losses in manpower and equipment. In particular, as a result of strikes on areas where personnel and military equipment were concentrated, 19 September this year confirmed: damage to an area with over 20 people; in Melitopol region — ammunition stockpile, five units of military equipment and over 20 servicemen; near the populated place Kamianka — ten units of military equipment and over ten servicemen of occupation troops. Also confirmed was the destruction of a command post in the city of Svatove Luhansk region, where the enemy organized a headquarters and ammunition stockpile.

To replenish losses in manpower, units of occupation forces on temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions continue forced mobilization of local residents. Formed groups of occupiers detain and send men of conscription age to collection points for further dispatch to reinforce units that have suffered losses in battles with the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

During the day, our troops repelled enemy attacks near populated places Vesele, Kurdyumivka, Mykolayivka Druga, Bakhmutseve, Zaitseve, Mayorove, Perevalne, Mariinka and Novomykhailivka.

Over the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out over 20 strikes on enemy positions. Confirmed damage to 19 areas where personnel and military equipment were concentrated as well as two positions of air defense missile complexes. In addition, anti-aircraft units destroyed one Su-25 and four UAVs of the enemy.

Rocket forces and artillery over the past day inflicted fire damage on 40 enemy objects. Among them — in 20 areas where personnel and military equipment were concentrated, armaments and military equipment, 13 areas with artillery, as well as seven ammunition depots. The enemy's losses are being clarified.
