The troublemaker in the Ukrainian championship among second league teams is Buzivska 'Niva', which has already recorded three consecutive wins at the start. Although to achieve the last one, Sergei Karpenko's wards had to put in a lot of effort.

The latest opponent, another debutant among champions' teams, 'Vast', turned out to be a tough nut. Even a quick goal by home striker Ivan Somov, who masterfully converted a one-on-one with the visitors' goalkeeper, did not dislodge the guests from their position. The conceded goal only motivated the guests to act even more aggressively, and under Dmitro Nazarenko's guidance, they equalized after Yan Karanga's shot and then took the lead thanks to Vladyslav Shkinders' unconventional play.

And it is hard to say whether the footballers from Buzivka would have managed to tip the scales in their favor if they had not scored again just before halftime. On the 41st minute, Andriy Golovatnyk found a gap with a powerful shot from the penalty area — 2:2.

In the second half, everything was decided by Anatoliy Tarans' accurate strike after a corner kick. In summary — 3:2, Buzivka's 'Niva' confidently leads and has made a strong case for promotion to a higher class.

After a painful defeat at the start from Buzivka, footballers of 'Chayka' celebrated their second consecutive victory. In the 3rd round, we pay tribute to their striker Oleksiy Litovchenko, who scored a brace in an away match against 'Metallurg-2' (guests won 2:1). His winning goal was particularly elegant when he elegantly chipped the goalkeeper of Zaporizhzhia.

A historic event took place in Novohrad-Volynskyi, where local 'Zvyahel' secured their first professional victory — with a score of 4:0 over 'Kremen-2'. And among the hosts was an experienced striker — Valeriy Nikitshuk, who scored twice against the opponents. He could have completed a hat-trick but missed another goal-scoring opportunity.

The third round concluded today with a match in Kyiv where 'Rubikon' hosted yet another newcomer — 'Khust'. Anton Kalaytans' brace helped the hosts secure their first victory (3:1) and move closer to the leaders.
