Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on August 25, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The one hundred eighty-third day of heroic resistance against Russia's military aggression has begun.

On the Volynian, Polesian and Northern Directions, the situation remained unchanged.

On the Kharkiv Direction, the enemy carried out shelling with tanks, armored vehicles, field artillery and rocket systems along the line of contact.

On the Sloviansk Direction, areas around the populated places of Velika Komishuvaha, Nova Dmitriyevka and Brakhivka were hit by enemy fire from field and rocket artillery. The enemy attempted to storm in the direction of Pasiaka — Dolya but was unsuccessful and withdrew.

On the Kramatorsk Direction, shelling with tanks, field artillery and MLRS was observed near Sporny, Ivan-Daryivka, Zvanivka, Serednyanka and Severna.

On the Bakhmut Direction, areas around populated places of Bakhmut, Sverdlovsk, Vesela Dolina, Mayorovka, Shumi, Zaytseve, Belogorivka, Kodema and Yakovlivka were shelled by enemy fire. The enemy used aviation for strikes near Sverdlovsk and Zaytseve. Unsuccessfully attempted to advance in the direction of Travnove — Kodema.

On the Avdiivka Direction, the enemy inflicted fire damage on areas around Pokrovsk, Netaylovo, Pervomaisk, Orlik, Vodyany, Novobakhmutyvka, Shumi and New York. Enemy aviation was active near Mariinka, Krasnogorovka and Nevelsky. The enemy unsuccessfully attempted to advance in the direction of Pisky — Pervomayske.

On the Novopavlovsk Direction, the enemy carried out shelling with tanks and various types of artillery near Pavlivka, Yelizavetovka, Kostyantynivka, Vuhledar, Volodymyrivka, Novomykhailivka, Novoukrayinka and Velika Novosilka. The enemy also used aviation for strikes near Volodymyrivka, Vuhledar and Pavlivka.

On the Zaporizhzhia Direction, positions of our troops in areas around populated places of Komishuvaha, Hulyaypole, Chervone, Charivne, Veremivka, Oril, Shcherbaki, Zaliznychne, Novosylka, Burlytske, Velye Pole, Shevchenko and Novodanylivka were shelled by the enemy. The enemy carried out aviation strikes near Oril, Hulyaypole and Shcherbaky.

On the South Buzhak Direction, occupiers carried out shelling of our positions and civilian infrastructure with tanks, field and rocket artillery along the line of contact. The enemy carried out an aviation strike in the area around the populated place of Bila Krinitsia.

The naval group of the enemy continues to carry out tasks for blocking civilian shipping and damaging objects deep within Ukrainian territory.
