Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on July 21, 2022, regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The one hundred forty-eighth day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has begun.

On the Volyn and Polesie Directions no signs of forming offensive groupings have been detected.

On the Northern Direction the enemy continues to conduct aerial reconnaissance with UAVs in border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

On the Kharkiv Direction the opponent conducted artillery fire strikes from field and rocket artillery on the villages of Mospanove, Pyrivka, Ruski Tishky, Bazaliyivka, Pechenigi, Tsirukny, Pitomnik, Dementiyivka, Korobochkine, and Prudyanka.

On the Slovyansk Direction shelling was recorded near Dibrova, Krasnopillya, Chepyl, Adamyvky, Hrushuvaha, and others.

On the Kramatorsk Direction the enemy shelled with artillery, including areas of Kramatorsk, Severnyy, Grygoriyivka, Zvanivka, and Sporny. The opponent is conducting assault actions near Ivan-Daryivka; fighting continues.

On the Bakhmut Direction the enemy conducts combat operations aimed at creating conditions for an offensive on Bakhmut and capturing territory of Vuhlehirska TES. Conducted artillery strikes against military and civilian infrastructure in the areas of Rozdolivka, Bilohorivka, Pokrovskoye, Nova Kamyanka, Bakhmut, Verkhnya, Novoluganskoye, Zaytseve, Toretsk, and others. Delivered air strikes on the villages of Verkhnya and Bilohorivka.

The opponent conducted assault actions aimed at capturing territory of Vuhlehirska TES. Unsuccessfully. Ukrainian warriors forced the occupiers to retreat. In the area of Novoluganskoye, combat operations continue. To cover artillery positions of Defense Forces on certain directions, the enemy used sabotage-reconnaissance groups.

On the Avdiivka, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia Directions the opponent conducted systematic shelling of civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Veselo, Uman'ske, Kurakhove, Novomykhailivka, Mykils'ke, Vuhledar, Zolota Niva, Novopil', Novomayorske, Poltavka, Chervona, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriyivka and others. Delivered air strikes near Krasnogorovka and Solodkyi. On certain sectors the enemy improves engineering equipment of defensive positions.

On the South Buzhok Direction main efforts of the opponent are focused on maintaining occupied positions. Conducts reconnaissance with UAVs. The enemy from tanks, field and rocket artillery systematically shelled civilian infrastructure along the line of contact in the areas of Apostolove, Mykolaivka, Lepetykh, Chervona Dolyna, Murakhivka, Blahodatne, Prybuzhke, and Limany.

There is a threat of missile strikes on critical infrastructure objects in the territory of Ukraine.

According to available information, there is a trend in military units of the Russian Federation regarding releasing a significant portion of servicemen who served under short-term contracts. Also, most personnel refuse to extend long-term contracts that have expired.
