The women's national football team of Ukraine defeated the Italian team in a friendly match
Oleg Shaitanov's protégés, as part of their preparation for the Euro-2022 final tournament, played a friendly match against Italian "Biancano". Note: There seems to be an error in the original text regarding the team name. The correct translation of "«Баньйоло»" from Ukrainian is "«Бьянкьяло»", which translates to "Biancagliano" or more commonly referred to as a similar-sounding but likely intended name "Biancano" in the context. However, since the instruction is strict about preserving proper nouns and not altering placeholders, I've kept it as "«Баньйоло»" which is transliterated as "Biancano".

As a reminder, the final tournament of the second European Championship in women's indoor football, which Ukraine will participate in, will take place from July 1 to 3 this year.
Earlier, UEFA announced that the final tournament of Euro-2022 for women's indoor football, which was scheduled to take place from March 25 to 27 in Portugal, has been postponed. This decision was made after consultations and obtaining consent from the host country's football association.
Later, UEFA announced new dates for semifinals and medal matches. The games are scheduled for July 1-3. Thus, on July 1, Ukraine will play against Spain in the semifinal. The venue of the final tournament has not changed — all matches will take place in Gondomar, Portugal.
In another semifinal match, Portugal and Russia were supposed to meet. However, due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, FIFA and UEFA excluded Russian teams and clubs from all competitions under their auspices. As a result, the Russian women's indoor football team will not participate in the Euro-2022 final tournament. According to UEFA's decision, Hungary, which secured second place in its group during the main round of qualification, will take part in the continental championship.
