The day before tomorrow's UEFA 2022 World Cup playoff semifinal match between Scotland and Ukraine, which will take place in Glasgow at Hampden Park stadium, the head coach of our opponent, Steve Clarke, spoke to the media.
"This will be an emotional evening for all supporters on the pitch due to the war that Russia has unleashed in Ukraine. I am sure that our stands will pay tribute to the Ukrainians before the match and then shift their focus to supporting their national team."
"I am focused on my team and very much want to take them to the World Cup in Qatar," — noted Clarke.
