Mudryk and Pikhalonok evaluated their goal-scoring debut for the Ukraine national team
The Ukrainian national team returned to their training camp in Slovenian Bled after defeating Borussia Mönchengladbach in a friendly match (2:1). Note: "Bledo" is the correct translation for "Брдо" as it refers to the town of Bled in Slovenia. However, if "Брдо" was meant to be kept as is due to specific instructions or context, it should remain "Brdo". Given the instruction to preserve proper nouns accurately and considering "Bledo" might be a direct translation oversight, I'll correct it back to the original placeholder format: The Ukrainian national team returned to their training camp in Slovenian __NAME_Brdo__ after defeating Borussia Mönchengladbach in a friendly match (2:1).

The Ukrainian national team returned to their training camp in Slovenian Brdo after the victory over «Borussia» (Mönchengladbach) in a friendly match (2:1).
The main heroes of the match for Ukraine in Germany were the half-backs Mykhailo Mudryk («Shakhtar») and Oleksandr Pikhalyonok («Dnipro-1»). The boys made their debut for the national team, scored their first goals for it, and now commented on their successes.
Mykhailo Mudryk: «Everything is just beginning, there's a lot of work ahead. This is only a small step, we need to do a lot more work. Any achievement or failure always motivates me to work harder.
A big thank you to all the fans and Ukrainians who came to support us. We appreciate it very much and play for you».
Oleksandr Pikhalyonok: «The emotions have subsided now. After recovery, we will fully prepare for the next match. The game against «Borussia» was excellent, as well as the support on the field and the emotions. The main thing is that we won.
Regarding competition, we will work. We'll see what happens further. This is the national team where there's always the strongest competition.
Returning to base? No Slovenia or any other country can replace Ukraine for us. A big thank you to them, but Ukraine is our home».
