The forty-fifth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people against the Russian military invasion has begun

The enemy continues to wage a full-scale armed aggression against our state. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are completing the formation of an offensive grouping in the Eastern Operational Zone. The adversary also does not cease to deliver rocket and bomb strikes on critical infrastructure objects in Ukraine.

On the Volyn and Polesie Directions, the enemy did not conduct active operations, signs of forming offensive groupings were not detected. Defined units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus continue to perform tasks for covering the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in the Brest and Gomel regions. In the mentioned areas, the enemy is conducting radio-electronic reconnaissance. From the territory of the Republic of Belarus, it is fixed that damaged armored equipment of the Russian Federation's Armed Forces is being evacuated by rail.

On the Northern Direction, the enemy carries out enhanced control over border sectors. Engineering fortification of positions in the areas of crossing points and near-border regions of the Bryansk and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation continues. The involvement of sabotage-reconnaissance groups and missile strikes from the territory of the Russian Federation cannot be ruled out.

On the Slobozhansky Direction, Russian occupiers continue partial blockading of Kharkiv and attempt to carry out artillery fire on our units.

With the aim of expanding a foothold on the left bank of the river Seversky Donets and creating conditions for operational deployment, the enemy conducted reconnaissance by combat in the areas of populated points Zavody, Dmitrivka, and Dibrovene. It was unsuccessful, suffered losses, and withdrew.

On the Donetsk and Tavriysky Directions, the adversary is restoring combat readiness and replenishing supplies. Attempts to improve tactical positions of its units and intensify military actions are ongoing. Russian occupiers continue shelling populated points Severnyy and Pokrovskoye.

The main efforts of the enemy were concentrated in the areas of populated points Lyman, Kremenka, Popasnaya, and Rubizhne, attempting to establish full control over Mariupol. Offensive actions were carried out on the Severodonetsk, Popasnyansky, and Zaporozhye directions.

The enemy unsuccessfully attempted to consolidate in the areas of populated points Kremenka and Rubizhne. Conducted assault operations in the areas of populated points Novotoshkivskoye, Popasnaya, Avdiyivka, and Mariinka. Success was also not achieved.

On the South Buzky Direction, the enemy concentrates its main efforts on holding occupied positions, continuing to exert fire influence on our units in directions towards Mykolaiv and Oleksandrivka.

It is expected that the adversary will continue military actions aimed at advancing to administrative borders of the Kherson region.

In total, 87 battalion tactical groups of enemy forces were involved in combat operations on Ukrainian territory.

On the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, defenders and defenderesses of Ukraine repelled twelve attacks by the enemy over the past day, destroying ten tanks, fifteen units of armored vehicles, five units of automotive equipment, as well as five artillery systems of the adversary.

By the Air Force Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the previous day, five aerial targets were hit: one aircraft, three helicopters and one UAV.
