Representatives of regional football associations, instructors, and coaches who implement training courses for all five categories of coaches joined the work.

Depending on their license level, participants were divided into two groups: one group worked with PRO, A, and B program instructors separately, while the other group attended courses under programs C and D.

On the first day, there was a final session for instructors who are lecturers at the UAF Football Education and Leadership Center. Participants summarized their training according to UEFA-approved programs and discussed updated approaches to teaching on coaching courses.

There was also a workshop titled "Coaches' Actions to Increase Motivation and Attention During Half-Time in Football Matches," conducted by UAF Football Education and Leadership Center methodologist Viktor Dogadaylo.

The second and third days were dedicated to the work of instructors responsible for preparing coaches at the basic level. The two-day seminar was another step towards establishing uniform standards for coaching education in regions across Ukraine.

The head of the UAF Football Development Department, Bohdan Hordyniuk, addressed participants with an opening speech. He emphasized the importance of unified approaches in coach preparation and systematic program updates as a foundation for the continuous development of Ukrainian football.

Within the seminar, thematic presentations by instructors from various regions were given, including:

— organizing training according to the C-Diploma program of UAF — Valeriy Zolotukhin (Ukrainian Football Association);

— preparing a modern children's coach and developing thinking players — Oleh Volivach (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Football Association);

— technical preparation of footballers: kicking the ball — Mykhailo Oliyar (Ternopil Oblast Football Association);

— psychological and mental aspects in children's football — Igor Yamborko (Khmelnytskyi Oblast Football Association);

— developing football intelligence as the basis for intelligent play — Oleksiy Tyurin (Sumy Oblast Football Association).

Discussions took place in an interactive format, allowing instructors to share methodological approaches and practical exercises.

Then came the practical work. Participants reviewed examples of training sessions presented by Vasyl Vasylyuk, Taras Klimenko, and Oleh Volivach. This was followed by a detailed analysis in small groups aimed at improving the methodology for conducting practical sessions.

The seminar concluded with summarizing outcomes and determining future directions for developing the coaching education system of the Ukrainian Football Association.
