Based on the results of the four previous stages to the quarter-finals, "Poliysya", "Shakhtar", "Panthers", and "Kryvyi Rih" advanced. At this stage, they were joined by the top four teams from the highest league for the 2024/2025 season: "Vorskla", "Metalist 1925", "Kolos", and "Sisters".

Final: 2026 year.

As a reminder, this season the tournament is held under an updated system that includes four preliminary stages as well as a final part: quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals. All stages consist of one match each. In case of a draw in regular time, the winner is determined immediately through a penalty shootout without extra time — according to IFAB Laws of the Game.
