MEGOGO is preparing large-scale analytical studies for matches of the Ukrainian national team within the Canadian Shield friendly tournament. The games will be broadcast on the media service's OTT platform and on channel «MEGOGO Sport», which airs over T2 and cable networks.

On June 7 in Toronto, the Ukrainian national team will play its first match of the tournament against the host nation, Canada's team, at BMO Field, which will host matches of the final stage of the 2026 World Cup. The game starts at 22:30 Kyiv time.

Overall, matches of the Ukrainian national team in the Canadian Shield tournament will be shown by MEGOGO on its OTT platform with subscriptions «Optimal», «Sport», «Max» and MEGOPACK XL as well as free of charge on channel «MEGOGO Sport» over T2 and cable networks.

The match Canada vs. Ukraine will be commentated by Vadim Skychko and Vitaliy Kravchenko. At 21:30, an analytical studio with hosts Oleksandra Kucherenko and Volodymyr Kobelkov will begin. Their guests will include former Ukrainian national team players Oleksandr Golovko and Eduard Tsykhmeystruk.

Additionally, on June 10, under the guidance of Serhiy Rebrov, the national team will play its second and final match of the Canadian Shield tournament against New Zealand's national team. The referee's whistle for this game will sound at 23:50 Kyiv time.

Incidentally, note that the Ukrainian national team is playing against Canada for the second time in history. The debut friendly match on October 8, 2010, in Kyiv ended in a draw (2-2). This will be the first meeting with New Zealand.
