Unai Melgosa's squad arrived in Spain on Friday, May 30. On the first day of training, not all players called up participated in the practice session. Batagov will join the team today, Saturday, Saluk will arrive after his "Metalist 1925" match in the playoff for a place in the UPL on Sunday, and Smolyak will join later when he is released by "Los Angeles."

The Ukrainian team will work in Alicante until June 5, after which they will move to the outskirts of Madrid. The friendly match between Spain (U-21) and Ukraine (U-21) will take place on June 6 in Alcorcón at the "Santo Domingo Stadium."

Then, the Ukrainian youth team will participate in the final tournament of Euro 2025 (U-21) in Slovakia, where they will play against Denmark (June 12), Finland (June 15), and the Netherlands (June 18) in the group stage.

Unai Melgosa has called up 25 players for the training camp. According to the regulations, only 23 players will make it onto the official roster for Euro 2025 (U-21).
