The main goal of the memorandum is to facilitate cooperation between parties aimed at developing and popularizing mass football, particularly soccers (soccer played by large groups), in Ukraine. The agreement was signed by the new head of Socca Ukraine, Volodymyr Vasylenko, and the first vice president of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF), Artem Stoyanov.

"One of our goals at UAF for the near future is to unite the football community and all those wishing to develop mass football. We are currently observing a very high level of activity in various formats of football – and we want to support them, offer our help and experience, as well as help them become stronger. At the same time, our partners must share our values and be ready for joint challenges."

We are glad to welcome representatives of the Socca Association into our UAF community, we wish success to our team so that boys can proudly represent our country on the international stage," — commented the first vice president of UAF, Artem Stoyanov.

"Our particular pride is the high results of the Ukrainian national socca team. We hold sixth place in Europe and tenth globally among national teams. Thankful to UAF for their trust and attention. Together with UAF and under the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, our team aims at significant work on popularizing socca in Ukraine and promoting joint projects," — noted the head of Socca Ukraine, Volodymyr Vasylenko.

Within the framework of cooperation, the parties will exchange information to enhance the effectiveness and capabilities of the Socca Association, make every effort to adapt the statutory and regulatory documents of the Socca Association in accordance with the principles, standards, and regulatory guidelines that govern UAF's activities. This includes implementing norms and practices from UAF into the statutory and regulatory documents of the Socca Association to ensure uniform approaches to organizing, managing, and conducting sports events, including national socca tournaments.
