On January 23, for the first time, a meeting of the Women's and Girls' Football Committee of the UAF took place in Rivne Oblast. During this meeting, the development of women's football, difficulties faced by local teams, and ways to solve them were discussed. In particular, representatives of football clubs drew attention to insufficient motivation and support from local authorities. Anastasia Kliapachenko presented a contemporary project for comprehensive development of female players aimed at all-round preparation of girls - both on the field and beyond it. This approach will help coaches and football clubs in raising players into strong individuals capable of achieving success both in sports and in everyday life.
