League A

In League A, 28 teams will compete, including seven national teams that moved up from League B based on the results of the second round of the season-2023/2024, which concluded this spring. Teams are divided into seven groups and play mini-tournaments at one venue.

Teams finishing in fourth place will continue their season in the second round of League B. The seeding for the second round will depend on the positions teams secure in their respective groups during the first round. Poland will also participate in the mini-tournament, although a spot in the final stage is guaranteed to them as hosts.

League B

In League B, 23 teams will compete, including those that were relegated from League A after the second round of the season-2023/2024, as well as Malta's national team, which returned to the tournament after a one-year absence. Participants will battle for promotion to League A in six groups. Group winners and the best runner-up based on results against first and third-placed teams in their group will advance to the higher division.

Qualification for the final stage

Based on the second round of League A, seven teams will be determined that join Poland in the final stage of Euro-2025.
