Anastasiya Klipachenko appointed head of UAF Women's and Girls' Football Committee

The position of head of the UAF Women's and Girls' Football Committee has been assigned to Anastasiya Klipachenko, a world beach soccer champion, international master of sports, and player for the Ukraine national futsal and beach soccer teams.

This appointment marks a new chapter in the development of women's football in Ukraine.

Anastasiya brings vast experience and impressive achievements in futsal and beach soccer. During her career, she has won multiple titles, including six-time Ukrainian futsal champion and beach soccer world champion.

She also spent three seasons playing women’s football in Ukraine while studying.

Her contributions to the Ukraine national futsal team earned her a bronze medal at the European Championship.

In her new role, Anastasiya will focus on reforming and developing the women's football system, particularly in improving the training of young athletes. Her strategy includes integrating modern approaches into the training processes of youth schools, clubs, and national teams, emphasizing the personal development of female footballers, and laying the foundation for future generations of girls in sports.

My main goal is to implement modern changes and contribute to the holistic development of footballers as individuals, both on and off the pitch. This work is for the future generations of women in football in Ukraine and beyond. As an athlete who grew up in the heart of women’s football, I understand the challenges every footballer faces. I aim for each of them to feel valued and supported in our country," Anastasiya Klipachenko stated.

Anastasiya is not only a highly qualified athlete but also an experienced coach. She has trained both children and professional teams and is a co-founder of the women's sports movement "Path of a Champion," which supports professional female athletes in Ukraine.

Her appointment is a significant step forward in the development of women's football. As the new head of the committee, she aims to create conditions that will enable Ukrainian female footballers to realize their potential at the highest level.

Anastasiya Klipachenko officially began her new role on October 1, 2024.

Anastasiya Klipachenko is an international master of sports, beach soccer world champion, a player for Ukraine’s national beach soccer team, and a former futsal player.

Top scorer of the 2023/2024 Ukrainian futsal championship.

Bronze medalist of the European Futsal Championship.

Bronze and silver medalist of the Kuwait futsal championship (2021, 2023).

Silver medalist at the 2023 European Games with Ukraine’s national beach soccer team.

2023 World Beach Soccer Club Champion.

Coaching Career

Coach at the Ukrainian Christian Academy UCSA (2020-2021).

Children’s coach at Shakhtar FC Academy (2020-2022).

Coach at PSG Academy in Kuwait (2022-2023).
