U-17 squad announced: Ukraine set for two friendlies ahead of Euro 2024 preparation in Cyprus
As part of their training camp in Cyprus, under the guidance of Yuriy Moroz, the Ukraine U-17 team, composed of players born no earlier than 2007, will engage in two friendly matches.
The youth squad, preparing for the final phase of Euro 2024 (U-17), has commenced a brief camp, during which they will play two friendly matches (on April 9th and 11th) against their counterparts from Cyprus. Both friendly matches are scheduled to kick off at 16:30 local time.
For this camp, head coach Yuriy Moroz has called up 19 footballers.
U-17 team roster:
Goalkeepers: Oleksandr Kharechko (Rukh Lviv), Nazar Makarenko (FC Dnipro-1).
Defenders: Yevhen Boyko, Demyan Tretyak (both from FC Dynamo Kyiv), Maksym Barshak (Rukh Lviv), Yehor Dankovskyi, Mykyta Sheleketa (both from FC Shakhtar Donetsk), Kyrylo Dihtyar (FC Metalist Kharkiv), Yevheniy Ryabokon (FK Slovacko, Czech Republic), Maksym Tsymbalyuk (Wisla Krakow, Poland).

It's worth noting that Cyprus is one of the opponents our team will face in Euro 2024 (U-17).
