President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about another meeting of the General Staff and a discussion regarding our work with partners in the European Union and relations with neighboring countries.

"I wish health to all Ukrainians,

I held today's General Staff meeting. The main focus was the frontline situation. Reports were detailed, covering every direction. Overall, our defensive operations and active measures. Everyone in Ukraine knows where it is most intense now. Avdiivka, Mariinka, Kupyansk direction, southern directions — maximum attention to each.

We also analyzed at the General Staff all issues regarding ammunition — filling shortages, supply to troops, agreements with partners and our own production. Very important: Ukrainian arms and ammunition manufacturing shows positive dynamics. I am grateful to everyone involved, to every person who works for our own capabilities — in Ukraine.

Today we also discussed the protection of our country from Russian air terror — border bridges and our frontline positions. We are working to increase the number of anti-aircraft systems and appropriate ammunition for defense against Russian airstrikes and missile attacks. Air control is largely a response to ground control.

Secondly today, I held a meeting regarding our work with partners in the European Union and relations with neighboring countries. Rationality in relations — this is a priority. And we are preparing our respective steps.

Thirdly — a meeting on the financial situation, tax work, tax revenues. Report for last year, priorities for this year. The main thing for the state and all of our society — so that every Ukrainian entrepreneur has opportunities for more active economic activity. And thus, for Ukraine's budgets to be more oriented towards its own economy's strength. State institutions, each official is obligated to do everything possible to support legal, 'white' business.

I am grateful to all our entrepreneurs, everyone in Ukraine who remains in the country, preserves their businesses and jobs. Dignified jobs in Ukraine, work of every enterprise that stays within the legal framework — this is one of the key foundations of Ukrainian strength.

Actually today we are launching a new communication mechanism with entrepreneurs. Not just those who are most noticeable. We are establishing an All-Ukrainian Economic Platform where small, medium and large businesses will be represented. And different regions of our country. Investors and relocated enterprises as well. 'Made in Ukraine' — this is not just a brand, it's a great community of people, millions of Ukrainians working on enterprises. And these are the people who start enterprises, creating jobs for others. The entire business community will be represented on the new platform.

The government together with the Office, regional state administrations, experts must organize the work of the platform. The main task — this should be an effective communication tool. So that communication is always supported by operational decisions — what state institutions do or change, and what creates a new normal history of relations, including between law enforcement and businesses.

We need more confidence for business and more legal, 'white' economy for Ukraine. We need more Ukrainian production in various sectors. And I just signed decrees that will enable the creation of such a communication mechanism — the Council on Entrepreneurship, as this was also determined by the recent decision of the State Security Service, and an all-Ukrainian platform to activate entrepreneurship and our Ukrainian product.

I thank everyone who fights and works for Ukraine, all our people, our society in its entirety — in all its diversity. I thank each person who understands that only constant strengthening of Ukraine brings us closer to the just end of this war, our victory. Glory to our nation!
