As is known, the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association decided that the Congress will take place on January 25, 2024, at the House of Football (Kyiv), starting at 12:00, and approved the agenda for the Congress.

The committee also instructed the administration and presidency of the UFA to carry out all statutory procedures for preparing and conducting the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UFA. Oversight of this decision was entrusted to First Vice President of the UAF, Vadim Kostyuchenko.

Members of the UFA have already informed the administration of the Ukrainian Football Association about their governing bodies' decisions regarding the nomination of candidates for the position of president of the UFA and the election of delegates to participate in the Congress work.

On December 27, meetings of the registration committee are planned at the House of Football to establish the credentials of delegates and the quorum for the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UFA, as well as a working group to verify the eligibility of candidates for the position of president of the UFA nominated for election at the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UFA on January 25, 2024.

The results of the committee and working group meetings will be reported to FIFA and UEFA, which are regularly informed about the progress of preparations for the UFA Congress.
