President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about two new sanction decisions by our country and about addressing the consequences of Russian strikes in various regions of the country.

"I wish good health to all Ukrainians,

Today there are several new sanction decisions from our state – two packages of sanctions.

This is synchronization with partners regarding those individuals who directly work for Russian aggression or assist it. Also, these are sanctions against entities of the state-terrorist that have to do with critical infrastructure. Every surname, every company name – this is a specific guilt in the fact that Russian terror continues.

Ukraine complements international sanction mechanisms with its own sanctions. And we work so that our partners' sanctions are extended to those against whom corresponding decisions by Ukraine have already been made.

Today I signed decrees regarding more than 300 legal and almost 150 physical persons of the state-terrorist. And our special services, primarily the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as the cabinet of ministers and RNBO, will continue relevant work. There will be other sanction decisions.

Today there were also several important statements. Particularly about addressing the consequences of Russian strikes. In various regions. Thousands of people are working in Kherson region, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, Donetsk, Kharkiv region – in communal services, DSNS, medical services, simply as volunteers to help people and preserve our infrastructure – the basics for normal life. I thank everyone who provides Ukrainians with medical assistance, who works on extinguishing fires after shelling. I thank all those who restore electricity and water supply, who neutralize unexploded ordnance and demine territory. All this is special courage and dedication to the cause, and I thank you for it.

Especially today I would like to highlight DSNS Ukraine workers in Nikopol city. Russian troops practically hit the city every day. And there are our people who rescue every day. Captain of civil defense service Mykola Tkach, senior lieutenant Bohdan Tarasyuk, master sergeants Oleksandr Bilkon and Oleksandr Zhur, sergeant Maxim Preyda. I thank you, boys, all your colleagues, everyone who helps. Also, I highlight rescuers working in Odesa region. Master sergeants Serhiy Herasymenko, Serhiy Tsimbalyisty, Vitaliy Labutin, head master sergeants of civil defense service Igor Yasencko and Oleh Schmidt. Thank you to all colleagues for promptness, for constantly courageous work.

Of course, I was in touch with commanders. Maximum attention – Donetsk directions. Particularly this is Avdiivka. Also – Kharkiv region, Kupyansk direction. Grateful to everyone who is steadfast and holds our positions, - every soldier, every sergeant, every commander. There was also a statement by the SBU chief today – there are new results in countering enemy operations and collaborators. Important results, thank you for them. Thank you to all who care about our state, those who fight and work for Ukraine and Ukrainians, everyone who adds their strength to the common force of our state. A people that fights will surely stand.

Glory to Ukraine!"
