President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about his working visit to Kharkiv Oblast and active cooperation with partners to ensure our soldiers have more weapons and ammunition.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

Today – in Kharkiv Oblast. Kupyansk and Lyman directions, then – the city of Kharkiv. Our soldiers, combat brigades, commanders.

Visited with my team the deployment of the 103rd Separate Tank Brigade, 68th Separate Jäger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush, 25th Separate Airborne Sicheslav Brigade, and the 15th Mobile Border Detachment "Steel Border". Had the opportunity today to talk with soldiers from other brigades as well.

As always, talking with commanders. Specific needs of units. And about weapons and supplies, and about brigade staffing. There are things that need to be done, including so our brigades have more motivation, more combat capabilities.

Had the honor also to award soldiers who distinguished themselves – privates, sergeants, officers. Various units, different battle paths, but equally strong Ukrainians! I am proud of all!

It was especially pleasant to award our combat medics.

Thank you everyone for defending Ukraine, for your confidence in Ukraine! Thank you for your badges and coins – I will keep them safe.

Conducted today separate lengthy meetings with all those responsible for the defense and socio-economic situation in Kharkiv and the oblast. Many issues that are important for the region. Especially before winter. Especially considering the constant Russian terror against Kharkiv, against the oblast and the occupier's attempts to intensify attacks on our positions.

Listened to reports from General Syrskyi, also heads of the Oblast Security Service, National Police – thorough reports about protecting the Kharkiv region.

Discussed with relevant officials – this includes the head of the oblast, and the head of the city, and minister of energy, and head of "Ukrenergo", and head of "Naftogaz" and others – protection from Russian shelling, power supply to cities and villages in Kharkiv region, protection of energy objects, reconstruction of buildings, social sphere, humanitarian aid.

Extremely important that Kharkiv despite everything not only holds on but helps keep our entire East strong. Proud and bright city that will always be a place of strength for Ukraine and all of Europe.

At the meetings there were assignments both about preparation for heating season, and about reconstruction, and about physical protection of energy objects from Russian strikes. Everything needs to be done, regarding some things – significantly accelerate.

Tomorrow I expect a detailed report on restoration projects from officials. Separate assignments – military.

And these weeks we will work very actively with partners so that our soldiers have more weapons and ammunition, especially PPO – this is the main thing.
