Today, on September 7, the qualifying tournament for Ukraine's youth team (U-21) will kick off. In Group F, teams from England, Ukraine, Serbia, Northern Ireland, Azerbaijan, and Luxembourg will compete for spots in the final stage of the competition.

The tournament in our sextet will open with a match between Northern Ireland and Luxembourg, and the Ukrainian youth team (players born in 2002 or younger), led by Spaniard Unai Melgosa, will begin their qualifying campaign on September 12 in Slovakia at the National Training Center of Poprad (kickoff at 7:30 PM Kyiv time).

As part of their preparation for the start of the Euro-2025 (U-21) qualifiers, the blue-and-yellow team will play a friendly match against Germany's youth national team. The game will take place on September 8 at the Ludwigs-Park-Stadion in Saarbrücken (kickoff at 7:15 PM Kyiv time). A live broadcast of this friendly match can be viewed on the YouTube channel of the Ukrainian Football Association.

Regarding the Ukrainian team, they spent three days training and staying in Poprad before arriving in Germany on Wednesday.
