"I wish good health to all Ukrainians!

First. I held a briefing today. Detailed reports. Frontline, security, ammunition supply. Commanders, SBU head, intelligence leaders — GUR and foreign intelligence. The Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Defense. We meticulously work every day to ensure our soldiers have everything they need for active operations.

Second. I thank each of our rescuers, each police officer, each volunteer, each doctor who saves our people after Russian shelling. Today's terrorist attacks on Sumy region, Kharkiv region, Donbas, Kherson region, Zaporizhzhia will not go unanswered by our soldiers.

Third. Food security. We are preparing to talk with the UN Secretary-General.

Ukraine's position has always been and will be maximally clear: no one has the right to disrupt food security for any nation. If a group of people somewhere in the Kremlin believe they have the right to decide whether there will be food on tables in various countries — Egypt or Sudan, Yemen or Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, Indonesia — then the world can show that blackmail is not allowed by anyone.

Since day one of full-scale aggression, Russia has destroyed free navigation in the Black and Azov Seas. Russia hit our ports with missiles and drones, even hitting grain terminals and elevators. The only possible consequence of this — destabilization of food markets, social chaos in countries critically dependent on imported food. Ukrainian food is a basic security for 400 million people.

Last year the world responded correctly to Russia's threat to food security — together with Turkey and the UN we launched the Black Sea Grain Initiative. Its results are impressive: almost 33 million tons of agricultural products were exported to 45 countries around the world. 60% went to African and Asian countries, including Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan, as well as China, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen. And importantly: our food exports give people a chance to survive in such countries as Yemen and Somalia. People of different religions and ethnic backgrounds. But they all have the right to live!

In addition to export, we launched the humanitarian initiative "Grain from Ukraine." Thirty-four donor countries joined it — and I thank each donor! — which helped save people from hunger primarily in African countries.

Everyone has a right to stability. Africa has a right to stability. Asia has a right to stability. Europe fully has the right to stability. Therefore, we all must care about security — protection against Russian barbarism. And the Black Sea Grain Initiative should continue and can continue — without Russia if necessary. The agreement on grain export — an agreement with Turkey and the UN — remains in effect. What is needed now is its careful implementation and a firm pressure from the world on the state of terrorism.

I sent official letters to Turkish President Erdogan and UN Secretary-General Guterres proposing to continue the work of the Black Sea Grain Initiative or an equivalent initiative in a trilateral format — as this is most reliable. Ukraine, the UN, and Turkey together can ensure the operation of the food corridor and inspection of ships. This is needed for everyone around the world. And anyone who supports it will become a rescuer of life from Morocco to China, from Indonesia to Lebanon.

One more thing.

I would like to especially thank Sweden. Our Swedish friends have adopted a strategy for helping Ukraine, including reconstruction. A strategy until 2027. This is very important — signals of long-term support. Support for life, restoration of life, support that Russian terror unequivocally loses. Mr Prime Minister Kristersson, the entire Swedish government, each and every person in Sweden — I thank you very much!

Glory to all who help us defend against Russian terror! Glory to each of our soldiers! Glory to our wonderful people!

Glory to Ukraine!"
