In the 2023/2024 season of the UEFA Futsal Champions League, it is proceeding according to a familiar format. The preliminary, main, and elite rounds will take place in mini-tournament formats. As before, four clubs will participate in the final stage. The venue for the final stage will be determined once its participants are known.

The top four national associations by ranking (Portugal, Spain, Kazakhstan, Croatia) will each enter two teams, while others send one club. Ukraine is represented by Kyiv's "HIT," which has won the Ekstraliiga for the first time.

The current tournament champion, "Palma," along with teams ranked 1–11 and 16–19, will start in the main round via Path A (including "HIT"). All others will begin from the preliminary round or enter Path B of the main round.

Calendar

Preliminary and Main Round Draw: July 5.

Preliminary Round: August 22–27.

Main Round: October 24–29.

Elite Round Draw: November 2.

Elite Round: November 28 – December 3.

Final Stage Draw: will be announced later.

Final Stage: March 2/3 and March 4/5, 2024.

Format

Preliminary Round (August 22–27)

This round will feature teams with the lowest ranking. Teams will be divided into eight groups of four participants each, based on their seeding. Pre-assigned hosts for mini-tournaments will be placed in a separate draw container. Group winners and the best runner-up will advance to the main round.

Main Round (October 24–29)

Path A

This path includes the current champion, "Palma," the next eleven top-ranked clubs, and teams ranked 16th to 19th. During the draw, teams will be divided into groups of four each. Four clubs will be designated as hosts in advance and placed in a separate container with their seeding numbers preserved. Teams from one country may end up in the same group. Any possible restrictions will be announced before the draw. The top three teams from each group will advance to the elite round.

Path B

This path includes teams ranked 12th–15th and 20th–22nd, as well as winners of the preliminary round. During the draw, teams will be divided into groups of four each. Four clubs will be designated as hosts in advance and placed in a separate container with their seeding numbers preserved. Any possible restrictions will be announced before the draw. Winners of the four groups will advance to the elite round.

Elite Round (November 28 – December 3)

Sixteen teams will be divided into four groups of four each. The draw will take place on November 2. Seeding will be confirmed before the draw. Winners of the four groups will advance to the final stage.

Final Tournament

This is a knockout tournament featuring four teams, which will take place at one venue in March 2024. The location and exact dates, as well as the draw date, will be announced later.
