President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the special Conference in London regarding the restoration of our state and a new package of EU sanctions against Russia.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

First. The front. Hard battles. South – destroying the enemy. Donetsk – destroying the enemy. Kupyansk direction – whatever plans Russian terrorists had, we will destroy the enemy.

In the South, there is our advance movement. Thank you, soldiers! In the East – holding the defense. And especially grateful to you for every downed Russian helicopter. Every such strike is important.

Second. London. Today, our special Conference with the British began regarding the restoration of Ukraine.

I thank Britain for a new package of financial support. I thank America for assistance to our infrastructure and energy sector. I thank the European Union for the presented financial instrument by President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen for our reconstruction amounting to 50 billion euros.

The purpose of this Conference in London is not just to generate efforts from states – our partners, but also to support our transformation with international business. Right now, a Ukrainian delegation is working in Britain – the government, Office, Verkhovna Rada, civil sector. Every aspect of Ukraine's restoration and further development will be presented directly to world business leaders whose attention we need: our industries, cities, communities, country as a whole. The task of Ukraine is to transform the moral leadership of our people into economic leadership of our country. All prerequisites for this are there, primarily in our people, in our wonderful strong nation.

Thirdly. Finally, a new package of EU sanctions against Russia has been adopted. Part of its provisions was prepared based on proposals from the International Sanctions Group working under Michael McFaul and Andriy Yermak's leadership. This package will further limit profits that Russia still receives in Europe and also block some ways around previously imposed sanctions. This is one of our top priorities right now.

All our partners are fully informed about how crucial it is to close all sanction evasion routes. The state-terrorist still has access to various products and components, technological and financial schemes created by those in the world who still value freedom and international law.

Russia must be completely isolated until its main export products – these are evil and death.

And one more thing.

I accepted virtual letters of credence from ambassadors of foreign states who have come to Ukraine. Norway, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Iceland. New ambassadors. In total, over 60 embassies and representations of states and over 20 representations of international organizations are already working in our country.

Working with Ukraine – this is believing in Ukraine and Ukrainians. The world stands with us despite everything that the state-of-evil tries to do against us. Day 483 of full-scale war. Global hopes are focused on our country. And our people will live up to these hopes. Freedom will prevail. Ukraine will prevail.
