"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!
Today I held a meeting of the General Staff. Key reports came from commanders of operational axes, which are most important and intense — "Khortytsia" and "Tavria."
The battles are fierce, but our movement continues, and this is very important. The losses in the enemy match what we need. And although the weather has been unfavorable these days — rain complicates our mission, yet the strength of our soldiers yields results, and I thank everyone who is now in battle, everyone supporting our combat brigades on respective axes.
Generals Syrskyi and Tarnavskyi reported today about successes we already have, about where reinforcements are needed along the front lines and how we can break more Russian positions.
Thank you to our boys for every Ukrainian flag that is now returning to its rightful place in villages on recently de-occupied territory! Thank you also for a significant replenishment of our exchange fund!
There was an update from the head — regarding the overall situation, MVS and SBU — about stabilization measures on de-occupied territories. We are actively working on supplying necessary weapons and ammunition. There was also an intelligence report on enemy action scenarios. Our operational dominance is being maintained and strengthened.
I am especially grateful for Bakhmut — we are increasing our control over this axis.
Today at the meeting there was a summary report regarding readiness and unpreparedness of shelters across the country, in major cities and Kyiv. Ministers Klimenko, Kamishyn, and Kubrakov reported. The results, to put it mildly, are discouraging. By Friday, relevant projects for decisions will be prepared — both concerning those responsible and ensuring an appropriate level of protection for our people in all Ukrainian cities.
I also held several meetings regarding our international efforts. This week, as always, we will make very meaningful progress. First: preparing new weapons support from our partners for our soldiers. Second: preparing to involve more global entities in the implementation of the peace formula. Third: working so that the free summit is truly meaningful.
I will inform you about every detail.
And one decision worth mentioning. The title of Hero of Ukraine has been posthumously awarded to Lieutenant Colonel SBU Vasily Bogach for extraordinary personal bravery, repeated capture and destruction of enemy saboteurs. For the defense of Mariupol and such heroism, such self-sacrifice that leaves no other options for Ukraine and Ukrainians but victory.
Glory to all who fight for Ukraine!
Thank you everyone who is now in battle, on combat posts and missions! Step by step we are moving forward!
We believe in victory. It will come.
Glory to Ukraine!
