To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on June 10, 2023, regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred and seventieth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

Last night, on June 10, the enemy launched an attack on one operational airfield in Poltava region with ballistic and cruise missiles of the "Iskander" type, as well as strike drones of Iranian manufacture. Additionally, Odesa and Kharkiv regions were attacked with cruise missiles and strike drones, respectively.

In total, eight ground-based cruise missiles of various types and 35 strike drones of Iranian manufacture (type Shahed) were launched at critical infrastructure and military objects in the northern and southern directions. The attack originated from the eastern coast of the Azov Sea.

Air defense forces destroyed two cruise missiles (type to be confirmed) and 20 strike drones Shahed.

The attack lasted from 23.00 on June 9 to 05.00 on June 10, 2023.

During the past day, the enemy carried out eight missile and seventy-four air strikes, conducted sixty-two artillery attacks with multiple rocket launchers against our troops' positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, there were casualties among civilians, a hospital in the city of Hulyai-Pole was destroyed, private residential buildings in Zvarychiv, Zhytomyr region, a cultural center in Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region, and other civilian infrastructure in Odesa region were damaged.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy Luhansk and Donetsk regions, with fierce battles continuing. During the past day, thirty-four combat engagements took place in the specified sector of the front.

In the Volynian and Polissian directions the operational situation — no significant changes.

In the Northern and Slobozhansky directions the enemy maintains a military presence in border areas with Ukraine, reinforces defensive units along the border using territorial defense units. During the past day, the enemy carried out an air strike near the village of Budarky, Kharkiv region. Conducted mortar and artillery shelling of populated areas in Karpovychi, Leonivka, Gremyach, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Sosnovka, Chernihiv region; Kholoborob, Sorokine, Iskriskivschina, Neskuchne, Volfine, Pavlivske, Yunakiivka, Myropillya, Mesiynivka, Slavgorod and Velika Pysarivka in Sumy region, as well as more than twenty populated areas in Kharkiv region. Among them — Basove, Veterinarnoe, Vishcha Yaruga, Izbitse, Verkhnya Pysarivka, Dmitrivka, Gatishe, Vovchansky, Bockhove, Budarky and Zemlyanka.

In the Kupyansk direction the enemy carried out air strikes on Kotliarevtsi in Kharkiv region and Stehlomakhivtsi in Luhansk region. Artillery and mortar shelling was experienced by Dvorichna, Masutyvka, Liman First, Kislivka, Tabayevka, Berestove in Kharkiv region and Novoselyvske in Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction during the day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions near Bilohorivka and Veseloye. Carried out air strikes on populated areas of Nevsko in Luhansk region and Yamopolivka, Dronivka, Severnyy, Spirene in Donetsk region. Artillery shelling was experienced by Nevsko, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region and Torske, Dibrova, Verkhnyokamyanske, Spirene and Rozdolyvka in Donetsky.

In the Bakhmut direction the enemy carried out offensive actions towards Bogdanivka without success. Carried out air strikes near populated areas of Kurdyumyvkha, White Hill and Toretsk. Areas around Zvanivka, Nikiforivka, Vasukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarokove, Kalinivka, Ivanivske, White Hill, Druzhba, Toretsk, Pivnichne in Donetsk region suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiyivka direction the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to advance near Severnyy. Carried out air strikes in the vicinity of Vasylivka, Pereymaysk and Nevelsky in Donetsk region. Conducted artillery shelling of areas around Novodoneske, Berdychi, Avdiyivka, Vodyane, Nevelske and Pereymayske in Donetsk region.

In the Mariupol direction our defenders repelled all enemy attacks near the city of Mariinka. The enemy suffered losses. At the same time, the enemy carried out artillery shelling around populated areas of Georgiyivka, Mariinka, Ostrivske, Kurakhove, Dachne, Pobeda, Novomikhaylivka, Katerinivka in Donetsk region.

In the Shakhtarsk direction the enemy carried out air strikes near Velika Nova Sylka and Blagodatnyy. Conducted shelling of populated areas of Vuhledar, Shakhtarske, Novoukrayinka, Zolotaya Niva and Neskyuchne in Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson directions the enemy is defending. Carried out air strikes near Vremivka, Novosylka, Novopolia in Donetsk region and Olhyvsky, Hulyaypole and Stepove in Zaporizhzhya. Conducted artillery shelling of more than 40 populated areas. Among them — Vremivka, Free Field in Donetsk region; Hulyaypole, Zaliznychnye, Bilyagirya, Maliy Shcherbaky, Kamianske and Zheryanaky in Zaporizhzhya region; Marhanets, Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region; Tyagynka in Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

In temporarily occupied areas of Kherson region, Russian occupiers continue to use the consequences of their crime for their own purposes. For example, they allow evacuation from flooded populated areas only for people with Russian passports. Also, occupants forcibly evict civilians from their remaining homes in order to accommodate Russian occupation troops.

The aviation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out 19 strikes on enemy manpower concentration areas and two — on enemy air defense missile systems during the past day.

Subunits of rocket forces and artillery inflicted damage to four command points, six manpower concentration areas, weapons and military equipment, three ammunition depots and five artillery subunits of the enemy in firing positions over the past day.

Overall, Ukrainian soldiers liquidated 890 Russian occupiers, destroyed eight tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, fifteen artillery systems, one MLRS, three air defense systems, sixteen tactical drones, five cruise missiles, eighteen vehicles and five units of special equipment.
