First — I am grateful to every one of our soldiers, to all our defenders and defenderesses who gave us the news we were expecting today. Bakhmut direction — well done, soldiers!

We see how hysterically Russia reacts to any of our steps there, to all our occupied positions.

The enemy knows that Ukraine will win. They can see it and feel it thanks to your strikes, soldiers, especially in Donetsk. Thank you for this!

Today I would like to particularly highlight several of our combat units. This is the 5th Separate Assault Brigade and the 57th Separate Mechanized Infantry Brigade, which skillfully, resolutely, and effectively defend our positions, destroy occupiers, and most importantly, advance.

Second — we continue our work on sanctions against Russia.

Although the global trend is already clear — Russia is losing this war, Russian businesses continue to deny reality. They keep trying to deceive the world, circumvent sanctions, produce more weapons, and waste more resources and people on this aggression.

We are preparing our steps, new steps for even greater restrictions on Russia's military potential. Every person in the world who, one way or another, helps the state-terrorist to circumvent sanctions, every person in the world whom Russia uses to supply weapons, components, equipment — each such subject must feel the full force of the free world.

And we will ensure this.

This is a common task for the world — to stop terrorism. And the main condition for fulfilling this task is to stop any means by which terrorists still try to get something for themselves.

Third. I held a long and very substantive meeting today about transforming our country, our life — now and after the victory.

Objectively, there are fundamental security, economic, energy, technological, and simply human issues that require comprehensive and effective answers.

It is precisely from these answers that will depend on what kind of Ukraine and what kind of life for Ukrainian children will be when they grow up and receive the state from today's generation.

A strong, free, modern, and pleasant country to live in.

We are laying the foundation for this now. Everyone who fights for Ukraine. Everyone who works for Ukraine. Everyone who helps.

For example, today in the government format, Office, SNBDO discussed the energy sector and — broadly speaking — agricultural production. Not just restoring what Ukraine had but developing and expanding with consideration of Ukraine's global role for Europe and the world's food and energy security.

We will present all these details thoroughly. Particularly, we will present them at the London International Conference on Reconstruction of Ukraine, which is happening this month.

And, of course, we do not stop our international work with partners for a single day.

Today in Kyiv was the UK Foreign Secretary. A good meeting, useful talks and further strengthening of our countries' security.

I thanked for all the defensive support provided to Ukraine and especially — for the Storm Shadow missiles which have proven extremely effective on the front line. We continued talking about a new coalition for life protection — the "Patriots" Coalition. Step by step, we are moving with partners towards making this coalition as effective in protecting life and freedom as all our other defensive coalitions that have already been created.

We talked with Mr. UK Foreign Secretary about preparations for the NATO summit in Vilnius. The summit must be substantive. Then it will become historical.
