President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about further development, supply and production in our country of air defense systems and about talks with the President of Estonia who arrived in Kyiv.

A brief report for today.

First - I chaired a Security Council. Urgent security issues. An obvious tough reaction to the deaths of people in Kyiv due to closed shelters. There are orders to check defensive structures in Kyiv and throughout the country. Responsible - Ministers Kamishyn and Klimenko.

Unfortunately, even today - after everything - Kyiv residents again publish information about inaccessible shelters. Not just about closed shelters, but about welded entrances to shelters, about the absence of shelters at all in some parts of the city. This level of neglect in the city cannot be justified by any excuses.

We also discussed on the Security Council all details regarding our air defense system - its further development, supply and production in Ukraine of necessary missiles. The Ukrainian air shield must be supplied with everything needed on a permanent basis. We are working with the coalition of 'patriots' and the coalition of modern destroyers - actively every day.

Very carefully - the situation at the front, in all those points where it is now the most severe. I will not say more about this - the actions of our state, the active actions of our soldiers will speak for themselves. And separately, I chaired a meeting on preparing new brigades of ours, those that are accumulating strength from north to south across our country.

Second point today - I held talks with the President of Estonia who arrived in Kyiv. First and foremost security - both what concerns our protection now, as well as what concerns our long-term security. Estonia fundamentally helps us with weapons, equipment, supports our movement towards NATO, generally understands how important it is for us to achieve victory over Russian aggression right here on our Ukrainian soil. This is important for every nation that is a neighbor of the terrorist state. I am convinced - we will provide this security, such necessary one, we will give Ukraine, all of Europe and free world victory over Russian aggression.

Worthy of attention is also the fact that we are developing our cooperation with Estonia in exporting solutions - our digital ones. Earlier Ukrainians took an example from Estonia in the development of digital solutions. And now we have reached such a level when on the basis of our Ukrainian 'Diia' will be created a state application in Estonia. What is convenient and useful for millions of Ukrainians, obviously, will be convenient and useful for other nations as well. And this is yet another component of our leadership - Ukrainian leadership. We discussed with Mr President of Estonia further cooperation, including digitalization.

And by the way, I would like to make an announcement: 'Diia' will help develop state services in other countries as well, not just European ones - in Latin America and Africa.

Third among various activities of today that are worth mentioning: I chaired several lengthy and meaningful meetings on forming our policy - comprehensive one - for the future. What concerns further transformation of the state. What concerns our participation in global processes. As always, we prepare news and decisions that will give Ukraine and Ukrainians even more strength.

I would especially like to highlight today the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade - all of its soldiers, who are extraordinarily steadfastly defending the Svatove direction and successfully repelling enemy attacks while advancing. Thank you, soldiers!

Avdiivka direction. The 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade - thank you for your bravery and ability to powerfully destroy occupiers. Well done!

I would like to highlight border guards who honorably defend the state at the front together with all our defense and security forces. Lviv, Donetsk, Zhytomyr Border Guards Battalions fighting on the frontline - thank you! And also I thank Chernihiv Border Guard Battalion fighters who actively counter 'shahids'. The speed and accuracy of our soldiers are critically important. Thank you, soldiers, for your speed and accuracy!

I signed decrees today awarding our servicemen state awards. 263 members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
