FIFA has approved the confederation quotas for the final tournament of the 2025 Beach Soccer World Cup

FIFA Council adopted a decision regarding the distribution of slots among confederations for the 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, which will feature 16 teams on the Seychelles Islands. Quotas for the 2025 World Cup in beach soccer: Host country – 1 (Seychelles Islands); UEFA (Europe) – 4; AFC (Asia) – 3; CONMEBOL (South America) – 3; CAF (Africa) – 2; CONCACAF (North America and Caribbean nations) – 2; OFC (Oceania) – 1.

The FIFA Council has adopted a decision regarding the distribution of slots among confederations for the 2025 World Beach Soccer Championship, which will feature 16 teams on the Seychelles Islands. 

Quotas for the 2025 World Cup in beach soccer

Host country — 1 (Seychelles Islands);

UEFA (Europe) — 4;

AFC (Asia) — 3;

CONMEBOL (South America) — 3;

CAF (Africa) — 2;

CONCACAF (North America and Caribbean nations) — 2;

OFC (Oceania) — 1.

The confederation quotas are similar for the 2023 World Cup, which will take place in the fall in the United Arab Emirates. The Ukraine beach soccer team will participate in the qualifying tournament for the 2023 World Cup in April.
