President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the opening of the Munich Security Conference and our country's initiatives at the UN General Assembly.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

A brief report on this day.

Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of the Netherlands, was in Kyiv for a visit.

The leader who helps us defend freedom very much. The leader of a country that helps us defend Ukraine and all of Europe.

The Netherlands are among our leading partners. This is evident both in military support, political, and legal.

Today we held substantive talks with Mark as always. There will be more weapons for our warriors, there will be more pressure on the state-terrorist, there will be more opportunities to restore justice.

Together with the Netherlands, we are working on holding Russia accountable for this aggression and compensation for war losses.

There is already a specific decision - to establish in The Hague a registry of losses. This is the first significant element of the future compensation mechanism.

I am confident that we will achieve other necessary decisions as well. Russia will be held fully accountable for everything it has done against Ukraine and Ukrainians.

Today I had the honor to represent our people, our defenders, our defenders at the opening of the Munich Security Conference.

This is one of the most important international gatherings, and this year's conference features significant forces in today's world. Thanks to all of you, Ukrainians and Ukrainian women who defend our country, Russia has no place in Munich.

The key message of Ukraine at the security conference is clear: we must do everything to ensure that Russian aggression collapses this year. This is possible. This is necessary. But it is possible if Ukraine receives the weapons needed for this.

Therefore, our diplomatic marathon continues without pause - from my visit to Washington in December.

A tank coalition for Ukraine has already been created, the taboo on supplying long-range missiles is being lifted, there are new gains in strengthening our artillery, and the world has heard how necessary it is for global security to establish an aviation coalition for Ukraine.

I spoke about this today with Prime Minister Rutte, and throughout the week - with other leaders. I will continue these consultations next week.

I will also continue to consolidate support for our country's initiatives at the UN General Assembly. Next week we will present an important resolution, and today I presented its key meaning, especially to leaders and heads of government of Caribbean Community countries.

Ukraine always bases its foreign policy on respect for all participants in international relations. All nations are equal and deserve independent life, peaceful cooperation with other peoples.

Such is our principle that meets understanding in all parts of the world. And I thank every country, every people who support Ukraine's efforts to stabilize international relations.

And most importantly. Of course, today, as on any other day, I am in constant contact with commanders. I held a meeting with representatives of the defense sector.

We are doing everything we can to strengthen our warriors at the front - our heroes who inspire the world with their brave and steadfast defense of Ukraine's freedom, land, values.

I once again honor our fighters defending Donetsk and Luhansk. 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade, 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, 25th Separate Air Assault Brigade - thank you, warriors! I thank all of you who hold our positions on the front line, who destroy the enemy and give us all hope for victory. For Ukraine's victory!

Glory to everyone and every woman fighting now!

Thank you to everyone helping our country!

Glory to Ukraine!"
