To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on February 13, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The 355th day of Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

The enemy is suffering significant losses, especially in manpower. It concentrates its main efforts on conducting offensive operations along the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Novopavlovsk axes.

Over the past day, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of Granykivka village in Kharkiv region; Kremen and Bilohorivka on Luhansk territory; Viyimka, Fedorivka, Vasyukivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, and Klyschyivka villages in Donetsk region as well as Zalizhne in Zaporizhzhia.

At the same time, the enemy carried out four missile strikes and conducted 85 attacks with multiple rocket launchers. The threat of further Russian air and missile strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

On the Volynian, Polesian, Northern, and Slobozhansky axes — no significant changes, signs of forming offensive groupings have not been detected. Enemy shelling affected areas around 18 populated places. Among them are Tovstodubove, Bachivsk, Basyvka, and Popivka in Sumy region as well as Krasne, Hlybokoye, Vovchansky, Figolivka, Novomlynsky, and Dvorichna on Kharkiv territory.

On the Kupyansk and Lyman axes the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of areas around 22 populated places. Among them are Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Pishane, and Berestove in Kharkiv region as well as Novoselivske, Makieyivka, Nevsky, Dybrova, and Bilohorivka on Luhansk territory.

On the Bakhmut axis tank, mortar, and artillery shelling, among others, affected Spirene, Vasyukivka, Ivan-Daryivka, Paraskoviyivka, Zaliznyanske, Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut, Stupochki, and Klyschyivka. In total — 16 populated places.

On the Avdiivka and Novopavlovsk axes areas around 25 populated places were hit by tank, mortar, and artillery shelling, including Tonennyye, Avdiyivka, Pervomayskoye, Zolotoya Niva, Nevelskoye, Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Prechystivka, and Bogoyavlenska in Donetsk region.

On the Zaporizhzhia axis artillery fire affected Vremyvka and Novopil on Donets territory; Hulyaypole, Stepove, Olhyvske, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Stebnogirskiy, and Charyvne in Zaporizhzhia region as well as Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region.

On the Kherson axis areas around 20 populated places were hit by enemy artillery fire including Kherson city, Milove, Zmiyivka, Respublyanets, Novokayir, Veseloye, Mikilske, Antonivka, and Dniprovskoye in Kherson region.

To strengthen counter-terrorist measures on temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region the enemy has sent nearly 200 law enforcement officers to the area. They were accommodated at the "Seagull" rest base in Lazurne village, and for security reasons, movement of local residents was restricted in the town.

Due to low winter uniform supply levels since January this year there has been a significant increase in Russian occupation forces soldiers with signs of frostbite at the ends. For example, in medical facilities in Gorlovka, Donetsk region, up to 30% of all injured patients have such a diagnosis.

Ukrainian Air Force carried out eight strikes on enemy concentrations over the past day and three strikes on positions of anti-aircraft missile systems. And our rocket troops and artillery hit ten areas of concentration of manpower, one position of air defense and three ammunition depots of the enemy.
