Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and forty-fourth day of the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

During the past day, the enemy carried out six missile strikes, four of which targeted civilian infrastructure in the towns of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, and Druzhkivka in Donetsk Oblast, as well as four air raids. Conducted 73 artillery attacks with multiple rocket launchers. As a result of enemy attacks, civilians have lost their lives.

The threat of Russian aerial and missile strikes remains across all of Ukraine.

The enemy actively conducts reconnaissance and prepares for an offensive on certain fronts. Despite significant losses, it continues attempts at offensive actions along the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Novopavlivka axes.

In one of the enemy units operating in Luhansk Oblast, as of January 9, 2023, three-month contracts have ended. As a result, nearly 300 servicemen of this formation are not receiving financial support. Moreover, they cannot be released from military service due to mobilization.

Units of rocket forces and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces over the past day damaged command posts, three areas of enemy troop concentration, and a storage facility for propellant materials.
