President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the completion of a rescue operation in Dnipro and our country's participation in the annual forum in Davos.

"Dear Ukrainians!

Today, the rescue operation in Dnipro has been completed.

79 people were injured or wounded by this Russian strike.

Among those killed are 45 Ukrainians and Ukrainian women, including six children, among them a boy who was only 11 months old...

Small children and peaceful civilians for Russia are enemies. It is obvious that this could have happened only because Russia has become an enemy of all humanity.

I thank everyone around the world who helps us defend against terror!

Today, a very important news came from Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte. The news is actually a continuation of our recent talks with him.

Ukraine will receive another Patriot battery. Thank you, Mark! So we already have three guaranteed batteries. But this is just the beginning. We are working on new solutions to strengthen our air defense.

Today I discussed defensive cooperation with Federal President of Germany Steinmayr. We are actively preparing for a new meeting in the "Ramstein" format. We are also preparing important diplomatic steps - we discussed them today as well.

The work of the annual forum in Davos has begun, traditionally one of the most powerful global political and economic platforms.

The world hears Ukraine in Davos - they know what Russia did to Dnipro, they know what terrorists are doing with Kherson, Kharkiv, our Donbas and other territories that Russia has brought death to.

And we lobby for increased global pressure on the state of terrorism.

I am convinced that by the end of this week in the world there will be more active and influential supporters of creating a tribunal regarding Russian aggression and a special mechanism for compensating war losses from Russian assets.

Very important: First Lady of Ukraine presented today in Davos all elements of our peace formula, including the principle point on justice - which implies full responsibility of Russian terrorists for everything they have done.

And support from around the world for our diplomatic initiative is very noticeable.

We are doing everything to make this support truly global and to ensure that steps to end Russian aggression and restore security are taken by all influential players in international relations.

Today I chaired a meeting, including the General Prosecutor and Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding establishing responsibility for this strike on Dnipro.

Every day there is more factual information and legal steps by our state. And it will all end with verdicts for all these Russian killers.

I want to thank everyone working in Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, all of our partners, intelligence services, all special services who are working on the necessary materials for court proceedings against Russians.

I want to thank all volunteers, civic activists, especially journalists, who help with investigations.

And, of course, I thank all our soldiers, every man and woman, who defend the state as part of all our defense and security forces doing everything to drive out the Russian army from Ukraine.

First of all, I want to thank the soldiers who are now on the front line, who choose our freedom, who are true heroes!

When we expel the occupiers from our land, it will be a matter of time until justice is restored and verdicts for Russian killers are heard.

Glory to all our heroes!

Eternal memory to all whose lives were taken by Russian aggression!

Glory to Ukraine!"
