President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about another meeting of the General Headquarters and the launch of a new direction in our state charitable platform United24.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

Today I held another meeting. A meeting that reflected the situation on the front lines and at the most principled directions.

Of course, the number one issue is Solodyar, Bakhmut, and the battle for the Donetsk direction in general. We thoroughly analyzed what decisions are needed, what reinforcements are required, and what steps commanders need to take in the coming days.

We also discussed the supply of weapons and ammunition to the troops and our interaction with partners on this matter.

Today I spoke about the prospects for the next weeks and months with the Speaker of the Latvian Parliament, who is visiting Kyiv. Not only defense but also political prospects were discussed. Specifically, European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine.

I heard assurances that there will definitely come a day when the Ukrainian flag will be on equal footing with all flags of EU member states. Latvia will help us in this.

By the way, Latvia is one of those countries whose support for Ukraine, measured as a percentage of GDP, was among the largest last year. I believe that such a trend may continue this year.

I continued today's phone conversations with leaders of partner states.

Two more European countries whose voice is extremely important for Ukraine are Cyprus and Luxembourg. And we are also expanding the geography of our diplomatic marathon — I spoke today with Mr. President of Kenya.

All these talks were dedicated to security issues — both ours and those of our partners.

I am grateful for support for Ukraine's peace formula and readiness to work together to end Russian aggression as soon as possible.

A very important initiative of Ukraine is the creation of food hubs in Africa. Our foreign policy needs to reach a new level with African partners.

There they already feel that the security of various peoples directly depends on Ukrainian food exports. And we want to solidify this at the institutional level, specific objects — hubs, i.e., concrete guarantees of food stability that will work continuously and become one of the new foundations of relations between Ukraine and African countries.

Today there was also the launch of a new direction in our state charitable platform United24. This direction is the reconstruction of Ukraine. That is, generating funds for restoration, including housing for Ukrainians on territories that suffered from Russian strikes and occupation.

As of today, through United24 alone, almost half a billion hryvnia has already been collected from people in over 100 countries — for the reconstruction of homes. This is significant help both to local communities and to the state.

Overall, thanks to the state fundraising platform, more than 10 billion hryvnia has already been collected. And I thank everyone who joined United24 collections.

Thank you all who help Ukraine!

I thank each and every one who fights for Ukraine!

Today, in particular, I would like to highlight the paratroopers of the 77th Separate Airborne Brigade, who together with the fighters of the 46th Separate Airborne Brigade in Solodyar are holding occupied positions and inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Thank you, boys!

Glory to Ukraine!»
