To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on December 13, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred ninety-third day of Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

Russian occupiers continue their full-scale military aggression against our state, do not cease to strike civilian infrastructure and residential areas in Ukraine, violating international humanitarian law, laws, and customs of war.

The enemy continues to concentrate efforts on conducting offensive actions along the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Zaporizhzhia axes. On other fronts, the adversary attempts to restrain units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, conducts shelling of our positions and civilian objects along the entire line of contact, carries out engineering fortifications of defensive lines and positions.

Over the past day, subunits of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of Novoselivske, Steblyakhivka, Novoyegorivka, Makarivka, Chervonopopivka and Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast, as well as Verkhnyokamyanske, Sverdlovsk, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutskoe, Bakhmut, Klyshchyivka, Kurdyumivka, Mayoriv, Avdiivka and Mariinka in Donetsk Oblast.

During the day, the enemy carried out seven missile strikes, five of which were on civilian infrastructure in the city of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, as well as conducted 79 shelling with multiple rocket launchers, including on the city of Kherson. There are losses among civilians.

There remains a threat of enemy aviation and missile strikes against civilian infrastructure throughout Ukraine's territory.

On the Volyn, Polesie, Sever, and Slobozhansky directions, the situation has remained unchanged, no signs of forming offensive groupings by the adversary have been detected.

Over the past day, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling in the areas of Seredyna-Buda and Ryasne in Sumy Oblast, as well as Strilecha, Staritsa, Ogirceve, Hatiche, Volohivka, Ohrymovka, Chugunivka, Ambarne, Dvorichna, Kamianka in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Kupyansk direction, tank and all types of artillery shelling were carried out in the areas of Kislivka, Kotliarivka, Tabayivka, Beresteve in Kharkiv Oblast; Novoselivske, Steblyakhivka, Novoyegorivka, Makarivka in Luhansk Oblast.

On the Lyman direction, the enemy carried out shelling with tanks, mortars, and artillery of various types in the areas of Terny, Yamopolivka, Toriske in Donetsk Oblast and Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast.

On the Bakhmut direction, the adversary carried out shelling with tanks and artillery of various types in the areas of more than 12 populated places, including Verkhnyokamyanske, Viyimka, Spirene, Bihorivka, Vesele, Sverdlovsk, Bakhmutskoe, Podgrodne, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Klyshchyivka, Kurdyumivka, Druzhba in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Avdiivka direction, the enemy carried out shelling with tanks, mortars, and artillery of various types in the areas of almost 20 populated places, including Zalizne, New York, Krasnogorivka, Berdychi, Vesele, Avdiivka, Opitne, Vodyane, Pervomaisk, Nevelske, Krasnogorivka and Mariinka in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Novopavlivsk direction, the enemy carried out shelling with artillery of various types in the areas of Vuhledar, Bogoyavlensk, Novoukrayinka, Prechystivka and Zolotaya Nyva in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Zaporizhzhia direction, the adversary carried out shelling with tanks and all types of artillery in populated places of Vremyvka in Donetsk Oblast, as well as Zelenoye Pole, Novopil, Novodaryivka, Maliynivka, Hulyaypole, Dorozhnyanka, Hulyaypilske, Charyvne, Bihorija, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Maliy Shcherbak and Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

On the Kherson direction, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of populated places in Kherson Oblast that border with the line of contact; Antonivka, Chornobaivka and the city of Kherson were most affected.

On the Kherson direction, command of Russian occupation forces carries out rotation of certain subunits. Occupants who arrive in temporarily occupied populated places settle into abandoned and forcibly "vacated" by local residents housing. Moreover, on December 10-11, withdrawal of occupants from the areas of Novomikhalivka and Mykhailivka in Kherson Oblast was observed.

Russian occupiers continue to use infrastructure of medical and health resort facilities on temporarily occupied and seized territories of Ukraine for providing qualified medical assistance to their wounded servicemen. Thus, in the city of Luhansk one of the maternity ward's corps has been re-equipped into a military hospital by the occupants. And in Melitopol, premises of a children’s sanatorium are used as a military hospital. Medical personnel from the Russian Federation is involved for providing medical assistance.

The Air Force of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out five strikes against areas of enemy manpower concentration, armaments and military equipment over the past day.

Subunits of rocket troops and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces over the past day damaged two command points, six areas of Russian occupiers' manpower concentration and a fuel depot.
