December 8 at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, four draws for the qualification rounds of Euro 2023 and Euro 2024 for U-17 and U-19 youth teams will take place.

At 10 AM Kyiv time, the procedure for the draw of the qualification round for Euro 2024 (U-19) will begin. During this event, the names of their opponents will be revealed to Ukraine's youth team (currently U-18), which is led by Oleg Kuznetsov. Mini-tournaments in 13 groups will take place from September 4 to 12, from October 9 to 17, or from November 13 to 21, 2023. The winners of the top two places in each qualifying group and the best third-place finisher based on results against the first and second teams will join Portugal in the elite round of qualification. Northern Ireland, as hosts, have secured a direct entry to the final stage, which will take place in summer 2024.

At 11 AM, the ceremony for the draw of the qualification round for Euro 2024 (U-17) will start. The current Ukraine youth team U-16, led by Volodymyr Yezersky, awaits their opponents. Fourteen groups will be formed. Mini-tournaments at this stage will take place from July 1 to November 21, 2023. Fifty-two national associations will participate in the draw since Cyprus has secured a direct entry as hosts, and the Netherlands will start from the elite round.

At 12 PM, the procedure for the draw of the elite round qualification for Euro 2023 (U-19) will begin. The opponents of Serhiy Nagornya's protégés will be determined. They finished their qualifying campaign with a perfect record after victories over Kosovo (1:0), Cyprus (4:1), and Sweden (2:0). As a result, they are in the first pot before the elite round draw. Seven group winners will advance to the final stage (matches will take place from July 3 to 16, 2023) where they will face the hosts, Malta.

Finally, at 12:45 PM, the draw for the elite round qualification for Euro 2023 (U-17) will begin. The opponents of Yurii Moroz's team will be revealed. They secured first place in their group during the qualifying round, ahead of Azerbaijan (5:2), Liechtenstein (7:0), and Bosnia and Herzegovina (1:1). Now at stake are 15 spots to the final stage, matches of which will take place from May 17 to June 2, 2023 in Hungary. Eight group winners from the elite round qualification and seven second-place finishers with the best results will qualify, along with the host country.
