To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on November 12, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and sixty-second day has begun since the Ukrainian nation has been resisting the Russian large-scale invasion.

In liberated settlements of Kherson Oblast, units of the Defense Forces are conducting stabilization measures.

The enemy is improving fortification equipment on defensive lines on the left bank of the Dnipro and attempting to hold temporarily occupied territories. At the same time, it continues offensive actions in the Bakhmutskyi, Avdiivskyi, and Novopavlivskyi directions.

Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of Masutivka and Orlyanka settlements in Kharkiv Oblast; Novoselyvskie, Myasozharka, Makarivka, and Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast, as well as Solodyar, Bakhmut, Krasnogorivka, Verkhnyokamyanske, Pereymaysk, Nevelsk, Mariinka, and Pavlivka in Donetsk Oblast.

The enemy does not cease shelling units of the Defense Forces along the entire line of contact, conducts aerial reconnaissance. Continues to inflict strikes on critical infrastructure and civilian housing, violating international humanitarian law, laws, and customs of war.

Over the past day, the enemy carried out four missile and 23 air strikes, conducted more than 70 shelling with multiple rocket launchers. Over 25 settlements in Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv Oblasts were hit.

On the Volynskyi and Poleskyi directions, there are no significant changes in the situation. The formation of a Russian-Belarusian military grouping on Belarusian territory continues. There is still a threat of enemy missile and air strikes.

On other fronts, the enemy carried out shelling:

on the Slobozhanskyi direction — with mortars and field artillery in the areas of Bogolyvka, Vylkhuvatka, Krasne, Hryhoreve, and Staritsia settlements in Kharkiv Oblast;

on the Kupyansk and Lyman directions — with tanks and various caliber artillery in the areas of Bihorivka, Kyslivka, Krokhmalne, Makarivka, Nevske, Novoselyvskie, and Stelmakhivka settlements in Luhansk Oblast; Berezhnoe, Kupyansk, and Tabayivka on Kharkivshchyna and Seriyanka and Terny in Donetsk Oblast;

on the Bakhmutskyi direction — with tanks and all types of artillery in the areas of Andriyivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutskie, Verkhnyokamyanske, Zalizne, Klyshchyovka, Mayorivka, Opitne, Solodyar, and Yakovlivka settlements in Donetsk Oblast;

on the Avdiivskyi direction — with tanks, mortars, field artillery, and multiple rocket launchers in the areas of Avdiivka, Veselie, Vodiane, Kamianka, Kostyantynivka, Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Nevelsk, and Novomikhailivka settlements on Donetschyna;

on the Novopavlivskyi direction — with tanks and various types of artillery in the areas of Bogoyavlenska, Velyka Novosilka, Verymivka, Ugledar, Neskyuchne, Pavlivka, and Prechystivka settlements in Donetsk Oblast;

on the Zaporizhzhia direction — with tanks and all types of artillery in the areas of Dorozhnyanka, Hulyaypole, Zelenyi Hai, Malynivka, Olhyvskie, Stepeve, Charivne, Chervone, and Shcherbaky settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast;

on the Pivdenobuzkyi direction — with various types of artillery in the areas of Vishchytarasivka settlement in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and Hryhorivka, Dudchany, Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, and Novoaleksandrivka settlements on Khersonshchyna.

On temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts, the enemy continues to use buildings and territory of religious organizations, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities for accommodating military personnel, military equipment, and mortar and artillery firing positions.

On temporarily occupied territory in Donetsk Oblast, tensions remain between mobilized servicemen and occupiers from Chechen Republic. For example, another clash in Makarivka city of Donetsk Oblast resulted in three people being injured.

The Defense Forces confirmed the strike on an enemy concentration area in Zaporizhzhia Oblast on November 10 this year. As a result, the enemy lost over 100 people wounded. Information about deaths is being verified.

Ukrainian aviation inflicted 16 strikes against the enemy during the past day. Thirteen areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, as well as three positions of enemy air defense missile systems were hit.

Over the past day, our troops shot down at least one enemy unmanned aerial vehicle "Orlan". Units of rocket forces and artillery of the Defense Forces inflicted damage on two command points, nine areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, as well as two other important military objects of occupiers.
