The head coach of England's national team, which is Ukraine's opponent in the Euro-2024 qualification, Gareth Southgate, has announced the squad for the 2022 World Cup.

The manager of "Three Lions" Gareth Southgate has called up 26 players to participate in the final tournament of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which will take place from November 21 to December 18.

Recall that recently, the Football Association of England announced that the Euro-2024 qualification match between England and Ukraine, scheduled for Sunday, March 26, 2023, will take place in London at Wembley Stadium. The start time is 17:00 local time (19:00 — Kyiv time).

For the Ukraine national team, this will be their opening match in the qualification cycle since they are skipping the first round on March 23. On that day, Italy will host England while North Macedonia plays Malta.
