Today, on November 4, a meeting of the organizing committee took place, which is working on preparing a joint bid for Ukraine, Spain, and Portugal to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

From Ukraine, the general secretary and vice president of the UAF Yuri Zapyasotskyi, first vice president of the UAF Vadim Kostiuchenko, and state secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Oleksiy Perevezentsev participated in the working meeting via video conference.

The participants discussed various issues related to the bid, including stadiums, transportation, logistics, some operational aspects, as well as the communication component of the project, particularly the preparation of the presentation of the bid.

The next meeting of representatives from Ukraine, Spain, and Portugal, where work on the joint bid for hosting the 2030 World Cup will continue, is scheduled for November 17-18.
