Specifically, the Executive Committee of the UAF decided:

— to amend part 4 of Article 10 of the Regulations of the UPL and publish it in the following revised version: "To determine that the main regions for holding matches of the Vbet League for the season-2022/2023 are the city of Kyiv, Kyiv region, Lviv region, and Zakarpattia region. Matches may be held in other regions (oblasts) upon obtaining permission from the relevant oblast military administration." These changes to the Regulations of the UPL come into force at the moment of acceptance;

— taking into account the actions of the Russian Football Union regarding the integration of football clubs and federations from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into Russian competitions and into the structure of the RFU, to appeal to FIFA and UEFA with a call for immediate measures in response to the actions of the RFU and the application of the harshest sanctions against the RFU, including its exclusion from the membership of FIFA and UEFA;

— taking into account information from the media regarding systematic violations of human rights in Iran, which may violate the principles and norms of the FIFA Statutes, considering UN Security Council Resolution 2231 imposing sanctions on Iran and the possible involvement of Iran in Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, to appeal to FIFA with a proposal to consider the issue of excluding the Iranian national team from participating in the 2022 World Cup.
