The head coach of Ukraine's futsal team, Oleksandr Kosenko, commented on the victory over the Netherlands (4:2) in the qualification for the 2024 Championships.

"In my opinion, the game was successful from the standpoint of spectacle, struggle, tension, and intrigue until the very last second. There were both mistakes and successful actions. I believe that for the viewer, the match was quite interesting."

The Netherlands is a good, organized team. They have a Spanish coach who is changing the picture of the game, making renovations. If we compare with Euro-2022, there are many new players in the Dutch squad. I think it will be harder for us to play against them in March because some time will pass.

It was good that we quickly scored three goals — this gave us an advantage that our opponents could not overcome, although they had their moments too. It's great that we won and earned six points. We'll prepare for the next matches. There is still work to be done because there are no limits to perfection," said Oleksandr Kosenko after the victory.
